The year has started. And man. Has this training gone bad. First month of training and I've only learned how to actually get in touch with my inner demon...
*flashback*
"Jay. At this rate, if you don't learn to contact your inner demon you might as well just go home. The key to mastering all your power is to learn to contact your inner demon. Your demon is Conviction. One of the hardest to break. You can do it. I know you can. Your inner demon is what gives you power, and you have to learn how to draw from it. Do you understand?"......
*present*
Ugh. She's making this hard for me. I barely even can communicate with this stupid demon. Like. It's like the demon doesn't want me. "Jay?" Cynthia asked. Jay snapped out of his trance. "You okay? I know trainings been pretty rough. I mightve been pushing too much on you... I'm sorry. It's just. When mom and dad left..." Jay stopped her in the middle of her sentence. "Cynthia, I promise. We are gonna get them back. Don't worry. I'm gonna get this and together we are going to save them. But. A question before we actually start doing this. Who exactly am I training to go against?" Jay was curious to know what he would be fighting against.
"Well, Jay you'll be fighting against pretty much any demon who knows of mom and dad. That's the reason they searched for you and ended up killing grandpa and grandma. The moment they see you. They won't hesitate to attack. So when in the Demon Realm, make sure you're guard is always up. Oh. And I won't be able to go with you to the Demon Realm. We can mind talk like we've been practicing. And You can call on my power when you really need it. And one last thing about the Demon Realm. Stay away from the Demon Emperor. Hes the King of all Demons. And he's the strongest down there. So whatever you do avoid him at all costs. I'll be in the Angel Realm going against the angels up there to save dad. You'll save mom. Got it?"
"Woah Woah Woah. You've never been to the Demon Realm? How am I supposed to know where to go? And I'm going there alone? How am I gonna survive out there?"
"Jason. The reason this whole months training is to master your demon is specifically for this reason. He will guide you and he will protect you. That is why we have to control and use our powers correctly."
"I see. Well Cynthia. I'm going to take a nap. When I wake up. Let's resume training okay?"
"Yes. Oh and Jay"
"Yeah what's up Cynthia?
Cynthia got up and pecked Jay on the cheek. "Thanks for coming back."
"Glad to be back. See you in a few hours sis."
And so, Jay rests in his slumber. While Cynthia looks in the distance troubled, For a haunting fate encloses her ever so slowly. What is it is she hiding? Will Jay overcome the demon of Conviction and master his powers within the year.
