It was a nice winter morning. There was a bit of sunlight shining through the window. Amy Rose woke up extra early, she looked out of the window and saw the sun and all of the fluffy snow outside. She smiled and then she got ready for the day. After she got ready, she ate a pop tart and read a book.
Her communicator started to buzz. She picked it up and answered it. It turned out to be Sonic calling her.
"Hey Amy!" Sonic said.
"Hello Sonikku!" She said back. Sonic blushed.
"Amy, you know I don't really like it when you call me that." Sonic said.
"And you know I don't care." Amy said with a slight laugh.
Sonic laughed as as well.
"Well, I guess there's nothing I can do to stop you. Anyways, I called to ask you something." Sonic said nervously. "
Yeah?" Amy asked excitedly, hoping that he would ask her out on a date.
"Shadow needs help with something. Can I send him over to your house?" Sonic asked. Amy was a bit scared, but she was always willing to help a friend.
"Of course! Send him right over!" Amy said putting on her best smile.
"AlsoIgotsometicketstoseeWonderWomantogethertonightat8:30I'llpickyouupbye!" Sonic said quickly, then he hung up.
Amy couldn't believe it, Sonic had finally asked her out on a date. It was always her asking him. Of course, now that she's more mature, she hasn't been all over him lately.
Amy started getting all excited and running around the house. Then she heard a knock on her door.
That must be Shadow. Wow, he got here fast. I mean he can teleport. Amy thought she ran up to the door and opened it. She found Shadow waiting patiently.
"Hey Shadow! Come in!" Amy said. Shadow walked inside, he looked around and then sat on her couch.
"So, do you like my house?" Amy asked nervously. She was honestly a little scared of Shadow.
"Hmm, it could go for being a little less girly, and childish. You could also upgrade your child hammer into something, hmm... maybe something more dangerous. Also, the pink makes my eyes bleed." Shadow said.
"Oh." Amy said in disappointment.
She was on the verge of crying. She didn't want to seem childish to others. She wanted to be the strong heroine that she always wanted to be.
"Well, I guess I'll try to fix it. Anyways, Sonic told me that you needed help with something. What do you need?" Amy asked.
"I need you to follow me." Shadow said getting up.
"Where are you going to take me?" Amy asked.
"No questions, just follow." Shadow said already making his way outside. Amy decided to follow him. Eventually he led her to the forest, it was very cold and dark because of all of the trees.
"Shadow, I think we're getting a little too far in, don't you think?" Amy asked hoping that he would agree to go back. Shadow ignored her.
"Umm... Shadow, I said-" "I heard you the first time Rose." Shadow said sounding a little annoyed. Amy looked down, she didn't want to make him mad, but she wanted him to listen to her.
"Shadow, where are we going?" Amy asked.
"I told you no questions." Shadow said raising his voice. Amy decided to stand up for herself.
"Hey! I'm the one who agreed to help you in the first place Shadow!" She yelled.
"Oh, I never needed help with anything." Shadow said stopping.
Amy bumped into him, she was confused.
"W-What? Then why did you bring me here?" Amy asked.
She looked behind her, then she looked back, Shadow was gone.
"Shadow? Where did you go? Oh come on! You led me out here just to get me lost?! Shadow! Come on! I'm serious! I'm getting a little scared." Amy said.
Then she heard something behind her. She looked and then saw nothing. When she turned back around something hit her in the face very hard. She got knocked out.
When she woke up, she was tied to a chair, but was blindfolded.
"Help! Shadow! GET ME OUT OF HERE! Shadow! HELP ME!" She screamed.
She was very scared, she didn't want to die. She wanted someone to save her, even though she didn't want to be a damsel in distress.
"Oh, so you've finally woken up." Someone said.
It sounded like... Shadow.
"Shadow? Is that you?" Amy asked.
"Good job Rose." He said.
