As a couple days passed, Amy stayed in her room, and Shadow acted like she wasn't there. Though he felt concerned for her once in awhile. One day, he knocked on her door.
"Rose. You haven't eaten in days. Do you need me to get you something?" Shadow asked.
Amy didn't answer.
"Look, I can't have you... die of starvation... Rose! I'm coming in with a poptart!" Shadow yelled.
He grabbed a box of pop tarts and teleported into her room. He found her sleeping, there were tears still coming out of her eyes.
"No..." He heard her say. "You have to eat, You haven't eaten in days and I can't let you-" "Don't. Don't Shadow." She said.
"You have to. You can't die of starvation. I know what you're doing." Shadow said.
"Don't kill Sonic... please." She said.
"What? I never said I-" "Get away from him."
"Dreaming... You're dreaming... you do think I'm a monster..." Shadow said.
He threw the pop tarts on her bed and teleported out.
"Shadow no!" He heard her scream.
"That stupid girl! I've given her all that stupid stuff in her room! I've offered to cook her whatever she wanted! I've said my apologies! I treat her like a damn princess! I've shown that I care for her well being by not allowing her to kill herself! And she still thinks I'm the worst in the world! Why don't I send you to Dr. Eggman instead?! He'll keep you in a cage!" Shadow yelled.
He knocked over everything on the table. Including the picture of Maria. He picked it up, he held it to his heart.
"No one... no one would listen... no one would understand... and it's all my fault..." Shadow said.
Amy woke up to find the pop tarts on her bed. She didn't want any peace offerings from him. She knew that he would eventually keep getting mad at her regardless of how many times he would apologize. She heard somethings knock over outside of her room.
She guessed that it was Shadow throwing a tantrum like an emo. As Shadow was walking to his room, Amy threw the pop tarts out of her room not knowing that she would hit Shadow in the head, hard. She heard it though, she knew that he would be extremely mad. She hid under the covers of her bed.
Shadow picked up the box and teleported into her room. He yanked the blanket off of her.
"Do you know why I left these in your room?" Shadow asked.
"I don't care about your peace offering. Go away." Amy said.
"You were the one who threw it at my head you moron! I gave these to you so you wouldn't die of starvation!" Shadow yelled.
"Let me die!"
