Alec came home a day later on rest and as Magnus can care him he's ok

Magnus walked into the bedroom with a tray of food as he looked at Alec who was just waking up "morning baby" he smiles

Alec stared at him before turning away and starting to cry, Magnus rushes to his side of the bed as he wipes Alec's eyes "it's ok ,don't cry" Magnus takes off the oxygen mask that Alec wears often now for a bit

Helping him sit up in bed, Magnus grabs the bowl off the tray on the bed as he scoops up small amount of porridge until Alec grabs his hand

Magnus looks at him as Alec grabs the spoon and starts eating some of the content "so umm, hospital rang and they said that maybe if you prefer, I can examine you myself at the hospital?"

Putting the bowl down as Magnus takes it ,staring at Alec "I don't feel great" he replies ,then Magnus brings a hand to his forehead "ok il do quick check here then rest" he smiles

Magnus grabs his bag off the side pulling out his stethoscope as he puts it on be smiles gently at Alec before bringing the stethoscope to his chest, he listens for a moment until a hand covers his

He smiles at him before moving "ok your breathing is pretty steady" Magnus gets off the bed walking to the other side

Lifting the sheets to see Alec's torso and the stitches on his side "they seem ok, il just grab your pain relief injection it will help better"

Magnus walks to his kitchen as he looks through the cupboard for the bottle, meanwhile he hears the bathroom door click "Alexander?..I said I'd help you and don't lock the door"

Grabbing the injection he squeezes the content into it from the small bottle ,putting it away he walks with the injection to the bathroom door "open the door...please"

Alec leans against the bath side as he sits on the edge "I don't want it, it hurts"  Magnus tries the lock no luck he looks around "you need it, it's more effective if you have it where it hurts, it's just a small injection"

Magnus fits a knife in the lock "stop it" alec says from the other end, the door opens as Magnus puts the knife back in the drawer

He puts his left arm to the side holding it as he walks in ,alec looks at him eyeing him up and down as he stands now "why are you so annoying?" Alec says

Magnus laughs "I'm not I'm looking after you" then Alec looks at him "where is it?..i ..." Magnus cuts him off "left on the kitchen side" he smiles lightly putting on a fake one

"Come here" Magnus says outstretching a hand "do you think I like this?, seeing you in pain" alec nods as he smiles at him

Magnus steps closer as he drops it on the sink side behind Alec's back and turns to him as Alec walks to him and kisses him he pulls him into a hug "I love you" he says

"I love you too" just then Alec's eyes roam over the sink as his eyes land on it ,Alec pulls back and pushes Magnus backwards towards the wall

As he holds his side and walks out the bathroom grabbing the door handle he closes the door and pulls it shut, Magnus stands sighing as he grabs the needle "you need calm down" Magnus says in a firm voice

He grabs the handle pulling it open as he pulls Alec's back to his chest with an arm wrapping his jogging pants bottoms. Magnus plants a kiss on his neck to soothe him "I know it hurts and il try and help"

Alec tries pushing his strong arm off him as he gives up and short of breath, Magnus turns his head to look at the stitches as he puts the needle just above it, Alec squirms "arghh" he drags out crying

Magnus pulls the needle out throwing it to the side "all done" he says as he holds Alec close who's drifting "you ok?" Alec nods as his legs are about to give out Magnus lifts him up

An arm under his knees and under his back as he carries him bridal style to the bedroom, laying him down under the sheets "tir..ed" Alec says quietly

Magnus grabs the oxygen mask off the side as he puts it on Alec and presses the button behind him as he puts the sheets up to Alec's waist and tucks him in slightly

Alec closes his eyes as Magnus plants a kiss on his forehead "sleep" he says as he walks out the bedroom quietly, walking into the living room he grabs it and bins it off the side

Grabbing a glass off the side he fills it with whiskey as he takes a swig before there's a knock at the door, opening the door he's greeted with Isabelle as she walks in

"Hey Magnus" she smiles at him as he turns round "drink darling?" She nods as he walks to the kitchen she stops him midway "so is he resting? And how are you?"

Magnus looks away for a moment as a tear drops ,she looks at him "Magnus?" she says concerned ,he looks at her "earlier on I had to give him his pain killers injection but he refused so I kind of forced him"

"Forced him how exactly?" She asks confused, "well he locked himself in the bathroom I got in then he trusted me not to use it and when he had his back turned I calmed him down an..." he's cut off as she pulls him into a hug

He envelopes her back after a minute she pulls back "I would of done the same thing, he's so stubborn like"
