Malec - the force of ex

Part 3

Alec locks his phone putting it on the side as he uses his broken arm ,to take out the drip connected to his hand as he gets up and opens the curtain slightly looking around before holding his slinged arm he walked finding it hard as leaning on his right side hurt his ribs

He looked around as he opened a door walking through he bumped into a doctor "sorry" he says as he bends down helping pick up the medications that fell everywhere as he looked at the doctor before pocketing 2 packs and he ended the rest to him before smiling at him as he walked off.

Alec looked around as he noticed a door leading to outside he opened it walking out then he walked out as he turned right and sat down on a cold wall breathing in the fresh air

"Thank you" magnus said to the nurse serving food trays as he took one and walked back to Alec's bed pulling the curtain "here we g.." Magnus put the tray on the bed as he turned to the disconnected drip bag and he noticed Alec's phone on the bed nodding

He walked out going to the desk "have you saw my patient?, he was just resting" The nurse nodded "call security" Magnus shouts as he heads out the doors

Just as he heads out he's met with a security guard "doc!, there's a patient outside just on this floor ,there's a guard with him now but he won't come in" Magnus rubs his forehead frustrated "I'll handle it"

He opens the door to the outside balcony walking out to be met with a guard as he walks back in. Magnus looks at Alec who has his head down and eyes closed seem to be talking to himself

Magnus stops as he gets in view "it's nice here ain't it?" Alec clenches his eyes shut more as he talks louder "when you sit down and put your mind to rest everything's going to be at its best, the bruises you get are because of you if you don't listen then something worse will happen to you" Alec stops as he nods his head

Magnus walks closer as he kneels down to be faced with Alec and Alec opens his eyes looking at him "sorry, I didn't see you there" Magnus nods "it's fine but you need to come back inside" Magnus holds his hand out for Alec standing as Alec makes no move

Magnus makes to grab Alec's hand but Alec suddenly pushes him back "don't touch me" Magnus looks at him with wide eyes as Alec speaks quietly "sorry" Magnus nods "no don't be, just come inside yeah?" Magnus smiles at him reassuringly as Alec takes a step forward

Magnus follows Alec into the ward as he sits on the bed laying back down. Magnus puts the drip back in his hand as Alec looks at him, Magnus takes Alec's hand in his turning it gently "how did you get those bruises?" Alec pulls his hand back "uh..me and my boyfriend wanted it rou.." Magnus cuts him off

He smiles at Alec "what about the ones on your chest?" Alec blanks him out "I need to make a phone call" Magnus looks at him now "you still haven't answered my question" Alec started to dial a number before there was a voice he noticed "Alec!" there was heels walking across the floor as two siblings came to a stop

Alec looked at them smiling "hi" Isabelle came to his side and kissed his forehead ,Jace smiled at him "well..where is he?" Alec looked at Jace now "he said he couldn't come til tommorow" Jace rolled his eyes "any way we are here now bro" Isabelle turned to Magnus looking him up and down

"So doc what's the you know.." Magnus looked at Isabelle smiling "you can call me Magnus, Alec's broken an arm and got a broken rib" Magnus turns to Jace "May I talk to you for a moment?" Jace looks confused before following him over to the corner by the desk out of sight

"There's bruising on Alec's chest and wrist ,also he left the ward earlier today and then he lost it and pushed me back ,I don't know it's just I need you to tell me is this Alec's usual behaviour?" Jace looks at him "what?, no Alec's quiet, he recently told me about Luke his boyfriend proposing to him and Alec told him no for now and they argued but that's it"

Magnus taps Jace shoulder friendly "ok thanks" Jace walks back to Alec's bed as he joins them laughing "so magnus seems nice" Isabelle says at Alec smirking ,Alec rolls his eyes

Jace and Isabelle's phones go off at the same time "it's a video message from Luke" they both said in unison ,Alec looks at them "don't click on it" alec says panicking as Jace looks at him and Isabelle's already pressed play "oh.. this is...messed up" Jace watches it turning to Alec

"Alec what the hell!, did you know he was recording this?" Alec nods as he sits up wiping his tears in his eyes "no, he sent me it and said he will post it online if I don't go with him" Isabelle puts her hand on Alec's on the bed "go where?, alec let us help you"

"He wants me to go to Peru" Alec says as Isabelle and Jace eyes go wide "well that's not going to happen and when I see him il kill him!" Magnus walks across "everything ok?, it's just the three of you look glum" he says

Alec looks at him "everything is fine" then he turns to Jace who's speaking "you call him and tell him to get his ass here, make up an excuse if you have to" alec looks at him "I can't he will be mad" Jace stands up as Isabelle goes after him
