Life with Loki-

Chapter 8- A Mistake:

You woke up with lean arms around your waist. You looked up and saw Loki, lovingly gazing at you.

"Good morning, Love" he said. You were about to reply when he kissed you passionately on the mouth. You were so shocked that you froze. When he pulled away he smirked "I'm glad I still give you...what do Midguardians call it? Butterflies?" he started to stroke your hair. "I had the most horrid nightmare. I dreamed that when you had awoken from your coma, you did not remember me nor love me any more. I was like a stranger to you. It felt as if...as if you had been stolen from me. And there was nothing I could do about it. It was very painful."

You sighed in realization. Loki had confused nightmare with reality. Although right now, was there really any difference? You slowly and gently pushed away from Loki. As you got out of bed, Loki sat up revealing his bare chest. He looked at you worriedly "Whats wrong, love?"

You looked at Loki sadly "It wasn't a dream..." you sighed

~~~~~A few weeks later~~~~~~~
  It was around 6 pm. Loki and you were in the car, driving to the bar to get a few drinks. You had rarely seen Loki the last few weeks, so when he asked if you would like to go grab a drink with him, you were surprised but accepted. So far, the car ride had been quiet. Things had been very awkward between you and him ever sense you came home. Some times you didn't see Loki for days at a time. It felt lonely in the house so you decided to get a job.
   At first you considered working with the Avengers, but decided against it when Tony started calling you 'Squishy'. Instead you got a job at a nice little Cafe/bar, not to far from the house. Most of the time you were a bar tender/waitress, but whenever their 'singer' couldn't make it for work, you would fill in. When Loki first heard that you got a job he wasn't to pleased but he didn't try to get you to quit. He simply spent more time away from home. You had no idea what he did when he was out and even though you were his wife, you didn't feel that you had the right to ask. Your thoughts were interrupted when you started to get dizzy. Very dizzy. Your breath quickened as you started to feel queasy.
"Are you okay, Darli-, (Y/n)?" Loki corrected himself. You felt a tear form in your eye as you noticed that he stopped calling you things like 'Love' and 'Darling.'  You didn't reply.
"(Y/n)? Are you alright?" Loki said more worried. "Do you need me to turn around? Do you want to go to the doctor? Or perhaps-"
"I'm fine." You replied quickly. You were not though. Black dots started to appear in your vision. Loki didn't buy it.
"Are you sure (y/n)? Because I can-"
"I said I'm fine." You said sharply. Loki was silent. 'Frick.'  you thought. You didn't mean to be harsh, it was just that...Loki didn't seem to care about you normally, so why act like it now? You didn't want him to be fake. The dizziness intensified. Then you started to...remember. You started to remember Loki...and you...Painting a wall...blue...
~~Memory~~
You and Loki were painting a wall baby blue. There was paint on your knees and a bit on Loki's cheek. You had a small bump on your belly. Loki knelt down and started talking to your belly.
