"I had a conversation with my Lord!
And what a beautiful conversation it was.
I let out every single bit of me.
The hidden parts that none could see.
I laughed,
I complained,
I hoped,
I told Him of my pain.
I talked and talked and talked.
Or rather my heart did.
And when I could say no more.
My tears finished at what was thought by my core.
How strange...
I laughed out to Him.
Ya Rabb!
Here I am chattering away.
Of things you already know anyway.
But that is the beauty of this relationship;
The King already knows of what the slave desires.
Yet He cherishes the slave and lovingly listens to the sighs and cries.
And you may ask, did I get a reply?
And the answer is Yes!"

"You" here comes the blame game, "you did this, it has to be you!" followed by his accusing voice.
Eyes wide, hand on my heart, mouth apart, I look up at Bilal with the most innocent face I could manage to muster. "How does you being in winter outfits in a summer weather have anything to do with me?" I say in a loud fake hurt voice.
"You know exactly what I'm talking about, you did this to us. It just has to be you, I know it" he says again, rather annoyed.
I was about to answer him, when coach came out of nowhere and whistled to grab the attention of all the students in the hallway.
Oh Yesss, here comes the fun part!
I know you're all wondering 'what the hell did she do this time' but have a little more patience people and you'll find out. Trust me, it'll be worth the wait!
So back to the matter at hand, coach looks at all of us with a straight face (I'm sure he's trying his best not to laugh his guts out) and says, "Are you all ready for the swimming gala today?"
A chorus of 'yes' goes around and people start cheering. Wow, my timing was so perfect!
The 3 winter outfit boys look at me with a red face and finally after what seems like an hour, Yazaan says, "I won't spare you this time, just watch"
"Look, if I knew what you were talking about, I might try to understand what the hell you on about but I'm just as shocked as everyone else to see you guys in such..." I trail off, trying to find a perfect word to define their choice of clothes, "warm outfits. Did you catch a cold or something overnight?" I question them furrowing my eyebrows in confusion and looking at them thoughtfully.
They look at each other and then back at me, and this time Daniel decides to speak, "okay then, if you didn't do this then you wouldn't have a problem telling us where you were last night?"
"Is this some kind of interrogation? Like firstly I have no idea what's up with you guys and secondly, no I had nothing to do with whatever you think I did, and thirdly, me Aadil and Diya were out together last night, you can also ask them" I gestured to Aadil standing beside me and said, "was I not with you guys Dil Dil?"
He looks like a deer caught in headlights, but he was my perfect alibi, because everyone knows that the perfect little good boy Aadil can never lie, and this my friends, was NOT a lie at all. We were in actual fact together and he knows he can't do anything about it.
"Yes, yeah we were all out, together, and Ayesha was with us" Aadil says, thank Allah he didn't stutter or anything.
The boys look at each other for the third time today, this time very, very confused and annoyed as well, oh and angry too.
