Aptos POV
---------------------I was floating through and empty void. There was no sound, no disturbances. Then my alarm clock rang out. I woke with a start and slammed my fist on the "off" button.
I hate that stupid thing...
I got dressed in one of my regular short-sleeves and denim shorts and strolled downstaires.Thunder was passed out on the couch, most likely from watching Black Butler all night. She was laying halfway off the couch. (Which I thought was pretty amusing.)
Leaving out some toast for her, I slipped on my headphones and went outside for a walk. I dont run unless
A: There's food,
Or B: Im going to die if I don't.
I passed once or twice around the block before heading back and flopping on the couch, waking the cat up. She sat straight up, looked at the time, and yelled, " HOLY SHIT!"
"What!? What!?" I cried out, alarmed.
"We're gonna be late!!"
"Late for what!?"
"The cookout!"
I froze at that. We were having a cookout? No, Thunder can't grill. So that means...
"This is going to be at Edd's isn't it?"
"Yeaaahh!" I decided to leave her be, and went upstairs to grab my phone and earbuds. Soon, after much preparation, we marched out the door.Sorry that was short
