tessa pov:
on our way to school i was think of how i should tell erika that anthony and o saw her and jake our back last night.
erika: tessa are you okay
i was in a daze i didn't realize that we arrived at school.
anthony: t you good?
snapping in front of my face
tessa:yeah yeah
anthony: ohh goodie
tessa: erika can i talk to you alone?
erika: yeah sure gimme a sec
erika pov:
i grabbed my bag from the pile of everyone's bag than walked over to tessa who walked to her car.
erika: what's up t?
tessa: okay....um i don't know how to say this....
erika: omg are you pregnant!!!!? *jumpin up and down*
tessa: no this is about you and jake, i saw you guys out in the back last night, so is there something you have to tell me?
erika: ugh... yeah actually there is, jake and i are on good terms now. did anyone else see us?
tessa: just anthony and i
erika: okay.... ohh i almost forgot to tell you we um... almost kissed not once but twice
tessa: WHAT?!? *the group turned and looked at us*
erika: t shhhhh
tessa: i mean i already knew anthony and i were in the kitchen kind of stirs watching!!!
erika: oh great *rolls her eyes*
we head over and head to our classes.
TRYOUT DAY 2
erika pov:
as tessa and i walked out to the field we saw alissa with another guy who kinda looked like jake but with longer hair. tessa snap a pic then we walked away.
erika: please tell me that was jake over there?!? (concerned)
tessa: i hope it is, let's just let it go it's probably nothing but we CANNOT TELL JAKE!
just as she said that jake walked over with his little squad of boys.
jake: "cannot tell jake" what?
we exchanged looks
erika: that my birthday is next month! (blurts out)
jake: WHAT?!? why wouldn't you tell me?
tessa: she's not so big when it comes to her birthday
mack and alex come over.
everyone: what why?!?
terika: that's a story for another time
it's true i wasn't so big about my birthday all because of one person my biological dad!
alex: well boys you guys have to go cuz we have to get going
chance: what time do y'all end ?
erika: 4:30-5:00, why?
boys: no reason! we will pick y'all up!
jake: wait erika can i have you keys?
erika: sure, wait why?
jake: cuz i need to get home
i could tell he was lying but i tossed him my keys.
erika: here!
jake: thank rik!
we walked over to the rest of the girls laced up our cleats and started warm ups.
coach jo pov:
erika and tessa leaded warm ups i wasn't surprised though. once they finished
coach jo: okay girls now we are honing to split up guys up in groups of sixes!
girls: yes coach!!!
erika pov:
we were getting put into teams i didn't mind mine,
coach jo: okay pink team is erika, tessa, mack, alex, alissa and addie, etc.
i wasn't really paying attention to rest of the teams and before i knew it we were playing. as we were playing coach and her assistant were moving people around on different teams but tessa, alex, mack and i all stayed on the same field wether we are on the same team or against each other. towards the last 30 minutes of our tryouts alissa was moved from the far field over to the field i was at, to the opposing team.
alissa: who's ready to win *saying cocky*
the people on her other just rolled there eyes at her and continued to play.
alissa came down completely avoiding the the her wide open near the goal, instead she tried to meg me but failed. i chipped the ball over alissa to mack and mack passed it to alex... scored!
alissa pov:
why do i even try with erika? like let's be real she has everything! but.... i one thing i have that she doesn't is jake!!! i mean yeah jake is cute, strong and all that fun stuff! but what he doesn't know is that i'm seeing someone...oops!
just then erika megged me i was livid at that point! because how come she is able to do everything i can't like bitch ohhhh no no no!
alissa: HEY!
erika continues to go to the goal and juked another girl than passed it to tessa who scored!
alissa:how are you so good erika?
erika: be-...
coach cut her off
coach: because when she puts her mind to it and practices she can accomplish many things, like things you don't even know!
erika: thanks coach!
