Manuel, or Manny for short was best friends with a girl named Melina. They hung out and talked to each other.
One day, (And by ONE day I mean today 5/23/18) Avy and Kayla asked Manny,
"Who would you ship your self with?"
"I don't know." Manuel replied blankly
"Hmm, lets base this off of compatibility." Avy told Kayla and Manuel.
Even though it was a school day the OG Squad (Yliana wasn't here :( srry and lmao we a crime group) chatted because they had a sub who was pretending to be reading but actually was using her phone. That signified a bad teacher. I mean everyone didn't work. At all.
"Hmmm, you'd go well with Franky, Emma, and Kenzie." Avy said
"Ewww. Franky???!" Manny replied
"What? I heard my name." Franky said
"Nothing." Avy replied to Franky's outburst
"I'd date Eddie." Manny said
"What...." Avy said
Kayla and Avy started laughing and saying Manny X Eddie. (LOL)
"Kayla, who do you ship Manny with?" Avy asked
"Um I don't know." Kayla replied
While Kayla was contemplating who goes with Manny, Avy and Manny were searching up wattpad stories, specifically Avy's. (Read my other book! Deception: The Secret's Out - Shameless plug )
Then when they headed back to math class, they had to stop talking cause their teacher was very strict and had them working on a mathematician project.
Time Skip Recess
Avy and Kayla sat on cement while Kayla was finishing filling out an application for a special program for advanced learners.
Manuel wanted to be shipped with someone for a book called, "Classmate OneShots"
Which Kayla said something and Manny went away. (Not saying what tho!)
During math class Melina stole Manny's hat because he pulled another prank on her they joked around for the remaining time at school and left.

"Here." Melina said laughing a little
"Oh than-" Manny was about to finish when Yliana took his hat
"Welp, the OG *laugh* squad is back together. Unfortunatly." Avy thought to herself
Yliana asked, "Can I bend it?"
"No don't!" Manny yelled to her

Avy's Perspective
It was obvious to everyone that Manny liked Melina as more than a friend. But he was currently in the friend zone. They were just BFF's
I mean who else would talk to him (Manuel if you're reading this texting doesn't count).
They laughed, fought, and talked like a married couple.
Now, even though Manny is a dirty - minded anime watcher (but not an otaku, I think) he can be naive at times -_-
I watched waiting for a romance to blossom even though I'm the author- wait. Oops, can someone fix the fourth wall for me? I'm breaking it. *ahem.

"Hey Manny! Wanna come over this weekend?" Melina asked
"NO! I know how this works! Somethings gonna happen and we'll end up in an awkward situation." Manny said remembering Yliana's incident with Matthew which she didn't really mind.
(Avy stared intensely at Manny triggered as hell that he ruined his own romantic moment *sigh.)
"Fine. Wanna get a bite to eat after school today? I need help on an assignment." Melina asked
"Sure. I can work with that." Manny replied
Time Skip Bite to Eat Together
3rd Person Perspective
Manuel and Melina hung out at Kneaders. They chatted about things like romance, their daily lives, depressi- wrong person oops- assignments etc.
Little did they know that Avy and Kayla were watching from afar for a romantic scoop
"Do you think he'll make a move?" Avy asked while looking at her phone with a blank stare
"Highly doubt it." Kayla responded doing the same
Avy was texting in the group chat about Manny and Melina. Even though she knew Manny would get the nonification.
*ding
*ding
"Hmm?" Manny said confuzzled
"Huh? What is it?" Melina questioned
"Oh nothing. Be right back." Manny said as he headed to where Kayla and Avy were.
They were facing opposite directions, back to back typing on their devices. "What is this?!" Manny asked pointing to what Avy wrote in the xd group chat.

Then Manny took his phone out of their faces.
"What's wrong with you guys?! We're just friends!" (Ooooo, bad cliche anime move smh)
Melina overheard this and excused herself.
When she came back she was smiling again and waited at the table for Manny to come back.
"Manny. Go away, you naive plebian." Avy said to him
"Well you're a plebiant." Manny said walking away.
Time Skip Late Evening
On the walk home Avy stalked Manny and Melina for their romantic moments

Manny: go away your breaking the fourth wall again.

Manny: you mean yours
Melina: yeah
*the author pushed both characters back in spotlight
"Bye." Manny said to Melina walking away
"Yeah... cya." Melina said disappointed
"Turn around dipshit." Avy whispered to herself
"H-hey Manny!" Melina said
"Oh yes! It's gonna happen!" Avy said excitedly

Return your jacket!" Melina said
"What?!" Avy thought in her head very triggered.
"Hey Melina?" Manny asked
"Yeah?"
"I like you." Manny said blushing (lol XD)
"YASSSSS I CAN DIE IN PEA-" Avy started
"Heh. Thanks but, I decline."
"What? .... WHAT?!" Avy internally screamed.
"I kinda like someone else." Melina said
"Huh." Manny said
Suddenly
"OMG, I never liked Melina." Manny thought to himself.
"I TAKE IT BACK! I LIKE SOMEONE ELSE! I'm not gay though. Remember, straight as a rainbow." (lol, that's a reference)
"O-oh yeah." Melina said worried for Manny's mental state
"NO!" Avy jumped out of her hiding spot and grabbed Manuel by his hood strangling him slightly and tossed him into the void for not accepting his feelings for Melina
That is why I hate myself.
"You should!" I (Avy) said
