day 2.

- day 2;

jimin was preparing the things that they are going to bring for the camping in the evening.

Jungkook has decided to drive the both of them to the beach where they can enjoy the sunset, and pulled up a night by the beach.

"are you done sweet?" jungkook pulls down his hoodie as he walks into the kitchen to see his husband zipping up the bags and placed them on the kitchen counter, "yeah,  you?"

"I've put the things in the car trunk, you'll be surprise." with that, jungkook scooted closer to jimin and placed a quick peck on his cheeks, causing red leaked into the male's face.

It's been a long, long time.

the two for everything they needed and soon go down to grab their car. before that, jungkook guides jimin to the car trunk and opens up the door, "ta-daa!"

jimin was amazed by how jungkook has put down the back seats and placed all the pillows and blankets out spread at the car trunk, so that they could sleep here later during the night.

not only that, he also prepares a bouquet of fresh red roses for jimin.

he handed the flowers over to the shorter guy, "I remember you love red roses."

"t-thanks kook-ah." jimin eyesmiles, somewhere in his heart just did a flip. 

roughly fifteen minutes of drive, they reached their destination. jungkook drove his car into the beach where most of the people would stopped to enjoy the sunset. he was the first to get down the car and opens up the car trunk.

he once again placed the pillows nicely so that it could fit him and jimin.

jimin then climbs up the car trunk,  followed by jungkook. they came earlier by half an hour so now the will just have to wait for the sun to set at its horizon.

jimin was sitting near the edge of the car trunk while jungkook was just laying down against the pillow as they stare out into the edgeless blue ocean,  hearing the roaring sound of waves hitting against the shore.

"baby boo?" jungkook calls, earning a hum from jimin as he turned his head around.

"come here." jungkook pants the empty space next to him,  signaling jimin to lay down beside him and of course the latter does so.

jungkook had his arms wrapped around jimin as the said male lays on top of his firm chest,  hearing to his pounding heartbeat.

the wind blows, making jimin's hair flows according the air, unknowingly hitting jungkook's face. the familiar scent of jimin's hair had jungkook's swell. he always loves jimin using this brand of shampoo.

he remembers, it was strawberry and vanilla.

And jimin still uses it until today.

he smiles as the scent of jimin's hair satisfying each inch of him, calming his whole system in and out.

jimin listens to the calming heartbeat of jungkook that beats against his ear, the beating heart that used to pound fast because of his one word, one move and one kiss.

will it still beat fast today?

they lay down with comfort, until they see the sun slowly sank, creating a whole stretch of pink and orange sky.

everyone's life is like the sun, it rises and it sinks. and what people need to do,  is to cherish every twist and turn of their life as they might not know when will be the next sunrise they encounter.

"it's so beautiful." jimin commented as jungkook tightens his grip around jimin's waist, pulling the male closer to him that he could feels the body heat radiating between them.

"just like you, a fluffball of sunshine." the words just slipped out of jungkook's mouth so effortlessly, and be soon realises that it's been a while and it could have done long ago, it was just a simple task, but why does he have to wait until this day?

"do you still think of me this way? I thought you already get tired of me getting older and unwanted?" jimin deadpanned, cocking his head to look at the younger male.

"I've never thought that you're old, and you still look beautiful, as always." jungkook beamed, eyes looking sincere than ever.

"then keep that it your memory, you might need it someday." jimin says,  turning his head to continue enjoying his last sunset, with his beloved - jungkook.
