both of them are having their breakfast when jungkook remembers that he needs to meet namjoon at the hospital.

"uhm baby?" jungkook calls, making jimin shots his head up.

"I actually promised namjoon hyung that I'll go to his house today to help him out with his housewarming and will pull up a night at his place-" jungkook made up a random lie.

"oh, alright.." jimin's voice sounded disappointed, as its already their last two days together.

"i'm really sorry, I know we are supposed to spend these last two days together-"

"it's fine jungkook, I'll see you around" jimin smiles and reaches over to grab jungkook's hand.

jungkook returns the smile and stood up, about to head to the hospital when jimin suddenly ran up to hug him from the back.

"I'll miss you" he says, making jungkook spins around and cupped jimin's cheeks.

"I'll miss you too," he then placed a peck on jimin's lips.

with that, he walks out of the house and the door shut behind him.

jimin was standing by the veranda in their bedroom, feeling the breeze cut across his skin, a chill unknowingly ran down his spine.

he stares at the tall and nearly uncountable skyscrapers that blocked his view, his mind subconsciously drifted to his husband - jungkook.

jungkook is someone jimin will never trade anything for, someone that he wouldn't want to lose for a very long time.

to kill him and jungkook, there would only ever have to be one bullet; love.

he took a deep breath and stares high up at the endless blue sky with gloomy clouds hanging, as if they are smiling at him, calling for him.

he beamed at the clouds, with his eyes closed and soon he could see a familiar figure and realises it was actually jungkook.

jungkook was smiling to him with his eyes twinkling.

it was like for a split second everything stopped and jungkook's smile pierced through all the bad in jimin's life and all was well again.

jimin wanted to join jungkook, he doesn't want to open his eyes and jungkook wasn't actually by his side.

he was dying to join jungkook that he is looking at now.

and the next moment, he realises he was flying, with his invisible wings, can't wait to meet jungkook - in heaven where they create the earth.

seconds passed by as he laid on the hard ground, then he heard voices as people swarmed around him as if they were trying to save jimin.

jimin had his one last smile before his eyes shut.

if I could be saved, I could've.
