"jimin, jimin, jiminie~" jungkook sang as he skipped into their bedroom to find jimin making their messy bed.

"jungkook-ah?" jimin calls out all of a sudden, somehow the smile on his face, was unreadable to jungkook.

"what is it?" jungkook walked over to him and wrapped his arms around jimin, another free hand cupping his cheek.

"nothing serious, it's just i miss you already" jimin hugged him back, face snuggling closer to the crook of jungkook's neck, breathing the natural body scent of jungkook that calms him so effortlessly.

he always love how jungkook made him smile, made him laugh until his heart content, made him his everything, making jimin feels as if,  nothing else in this world matters anymore.

jungkook tighten his arms around jimin, extremely reluctant to let him go. he can't stand to see jimin leaves his side, jungkook knows that one day he will go and eventually he will leave everything behind without uttering a single goodbye.

jimin is his lifeline, jimin gives him inspirations and motivation to continue with his passion; music, jimin is the reason why he was still holding onto life, the reason why he doesn't want to give up that easily but he knew his system is slowly shutting down.

he will forget jimin one day.

he will forget how they met.

he will forget how he falls in love with jimin.

he will forget how excited he was when he first place his lips on jimin's.

he will forget everything, about jimin.

jungkook was alone in the bedroom when jimin was in the kitchen when namjoon called him.

"yes hyung?" jungkook asked, almost like whispering as he afraid jimin might overheard their conversation.

"jungkook-ah, you've to come to the hospital tomorrow, we have to give you a full body check-up and stay here for a night for further observations" namjoon stated.

"you know I can't hyung- jimin is here"

"but jungkook, we have to have a record of your situation" namjoon insisted according to the hospital's order.

"can't we do it after my deal with jimin?"

"we can't drag on the dates so, meet me at the hospital tomorrow morning." with that, namjoon hung up the call, leaving jungkook's shoulders fell in exasperation.

now, he has to crack his head thinking how to excuse himself from jimin.
