Annabeth POV
I look at him a million questions and emotions going through me. He's a god. It can't be true but, golden ichor is running down his face. Golden ichor, the blood of the gods. A flash of light and the Fates stand next to him. He just rolls his eyes. We bow respectively.
"Rise," one says. We stand up and Percy scoffs before getting water from nowhere and pouring it on himself and his cuts heal themselves. His eyes find mine and I see sadness flowing through them. I look back toward the Fates.
"So now what? Thanks for my voice by the way." Percy says to them casually. What the Hades is he doing!
"I'm surprised he even lasted a month," Clotho says. "I though he wouldn't make it past a week." The other two Fates ignore her comment.
"Well I suppose the Gods should know," Lachesis says. She snaps her fingers and the Cabin heads, Chiron, Rachel, Grover and the Praterors along with 14 Olympians sit at their thrones. Percy and the Fates stand off to the side. Percy waves his hand and a couch appears for the Fates and himself. He sits but they Fates stay standing. He waves again and a couch appears before the rest of us. We all sit and down and wait.
"Lady Fates what can we do for you?" Zeus asks.
"We must reintroduce you to someone," Atropos says. As Lachesis grabs and pulls Percy up.
"Is this really nessacary?" He asks.
"Yes. Now put it on."
"Do I have to?" He whines. I don't know exactly what happens but Percy flies back a few feet. "Fine. Fine," He groans standing up. There is a flash of bright light and I look away. When the light dies down Percy stands there but he is dressed differently. He wears armor in addition with his usual outfit.
He wears a Celestial Bronze breastplate with blue ocean waves carved into it. He wears a helmet with a mix of blue and sea-green plume. He has Riptide in one hand and on his other arm the shield Tyson once gave him strapped on the other. He looks over at the Fates.
"Are you happy now?" He asks. They ignore him and Lachesis speaks.
"We present Perseus Jackson, God of Loyalty and Swordsmanship. Champion of The Fates." The throne room erupts in whispers. I look at Percy. He walks towards me but is stopped when Poseidon grabs him and yells at him demanding answers. Percy tries to pry his father off but fails miserably.
"Quiet!" He yells and the throne room silences to stare at him stunned. He pulls Poseidon off him and I look away as he flashes himself back into his all black outfit.
"Yelling won't change what has already happened! Look after I died the Fates brought me back locked me in a room made me a god and their champion against my will. Later they brought me to an abandoned island where I could only talk to Blackjack. Then decided I'm thier assassin. I spent the last three years training on that annoying and non espacable island!"
"Which we will send you back too if you don't watch your tounge," Clotho hissed. But Percy wasn't done.
"Oh shut it Clotho! You know better than I you cannot do that premantly. Especially if it has begun!" He takes a breath and walks over and grabs my arm and tells me to close my eyes. I do and we flash out. When I open my eyes again we are back in the Poseidon Cabin.
Percy POV
Annabeth sits in my bed tears in her eyes. I sigh as I pace and run my hand through my hair. I finally turn to face her. In her eyes I see hurt, sadness and betrayal. I don't think she does it consciously but, she runs the engament ring I gave her between two fingers.
"Look," I start. "I never wanted any of this to happened I just wanted to wait for you in Elysium. Then they made me a god and my first thought was of you. But I didn't have a choice. Can't argue with the Fates. Well I do now a lot actually, not the point." I sigh and pause. "When they let me back here, I tried to distance myself so I would to hurt you to much when the truth came out. But the whole time I just realized why I love you making things worse on both of us. I'm really sorry if it was my choice none of this would have happened." I say nothing and wait. She looks at me with those calculating, beautiful, gray, eyes. I'm taken back when she grabs me in a hug.
"But what now?" She asks me softly.
"Your the wise one," I reply mockingly. She gives a small laugh.
"At least you'll talk and spend time with me now right?"
"As long as I can. I still love you." She slowly pulls back from the hug. Before I know it she kisses me. I can't stop myself and kiss her back.
"OMG PERCABETH!" We break apart as we see Aprodite come out of nowhere. She grabs us and I close my eyes and I open them to see we are back in the throne room. "We have to make her a goddess! No one destroys Percabeth!"
