I kept my hand on the door handle to open it and stopped yet again feeling the blood rush up to my cheeks realizing that this entire situation... sounds like a date!!

Wait wait wait. Should I wear something else? Actually I'm just getting too hype for nothing. Yeah, he's just taking me to dinner because I didn't eat. Ok.

I walked out still feeling hot under the hoodie instantly regretting my choice of clothing, he was standing there leaning onto the elevator door frame his eyes locked on his phone.

"Let's go" I said

"Oh!" He eyed me from head to toe, and smiled? "You look great."

"Oh um... thanks. You too?" I said as a formality but more as a joke.

He chuckled and gestured with his hand for me to enter the elevator first. Ah occasional chivalry is the best. I did as he asked me too. While walking to the restaurant I remembered something...
