"I made plans with Macy today," I say to Will over the phone.
"Awe, I was looking forward to seeing you today."
"I-I could maybe see if you can come with us," I blush. He wanted to see me? Why? Just look at me, I am a mess.
"I'd love that," he replies and it is almost like I could hear his smile. We say our goodbyes and call up Macy.
"Do you mind if Will joins us?"
"Girl! Yes I want to see this man candy of yours," she screams into my ears. I pull the phone away from my head as she fangirls loudly through the phone. I let her rant as I get ready. She finishes the call and I shoot Will a text telling him that Macy agreed and when/where to meet us.

Macy and I wait outside Stephen's Ice Cream for Will.
"Jeez, this guy better be smoking hot for being this late," Macy groans. I laugh back, but not wholeheartedly, knowing that he is that hot.
We sit on the tables not saying a word to each other.
"You feeling alright?" I ask Macy.
"Yeah, we just haven't hung out since-uh-since," Macy swallowed.
"Yeah, I know, he was kinda the life of the party. Well, our party of three," I chuckle.
"I miss him, like a lot," Macy shakes.
"Me too," I breath out. As Macy and I sit in silence once again, Will approaches.
"Am I interrupting something?" Will puts his hands in his pocket.
"Nope," Macy comments. She leans over to me and whispers, "Tardiness excused,"
"Shut up," I groan.
"What?" Will looks at us questionably.
"Nothing, just sit down," I grab a chair and pull it next to mine.
"So are you two..?" Macy cuts herself off and looks between the two of us, her eyebrows raised.
"I mean, I-," I stumble over my words and look to Will.
"Just friends," Will leans over to me and whispers, "For now at least." This makes me blush immensely. He smirks and looks down at his menu. Macy and I had already ordered. We told the waiter to wait to bring out the food with Will's. The server came out and Will quickly told him what he wanted. The guy hurries away. We sit there talking small talk until Will asks, "Have you got anymore creepy texts?"
I eye Macy to see her painful reaction, but she seems to be interested in the subject also.
"No," I falter. "I haven't. It's starting to freak me out. It has been quiet, almost too quiet. What if he is planning something?"
"Yeah," Macy murmurs. "So Will, you almost died right?"
"I-um, yes but Emma saved me," he stutters.
"And Chris did..." she stops her sentence and looks down at her. The waiter saves the awkward silence and comes out with all our food.
"Thank you," I say to him with a fake smile. The thought of Chris lingering in my mind. The last I got was a warning from Phoenix.
"As I was saying," Macy continues. "If he has already gone after two of your friends, does that mean... he'll come after me next?" She had a point, but there was no way I would let him do anything to her.
