But who are you to judge?
Who are you to be so critical of yourself?
You don't see the way your eyes sparkle when you smile.
You don't see the little dimple on your left cheek, or the way you breathe softly and sweetly when you are in a deep sleep.
You don't see the way other people see you.
You don't see the way you truly are.
Take a step back from your life.
Pretend you are floating up high among the stars, looking down at your life.
Don't speak for a minute.
Don't judge for a minute.
From millions of miles up high in the sky, look at how beautifully stunning you are.
Look at how kindness flows freely from you.
Look at how compassion surrounds you and embraces you.
Look at how your body carries you through the world with elegance and perseverance.
Look at all of the love that radiates from you, all of the love that consumes you.
Look at all the lives you touch by just being you.
From high in the sky, you see that the little things don't matter.
The little decisions.
The little mistakes.
You see that it's not the tangible things, like your job or your salary, that make you so special.
You'll see that it's who you are as a person.
You'll see that you light up with grace and humility, that you are ridiculously strong and genuinely caring and sensitive.
From millions of miles away, you
don't see the flaws.
You don't see yourself as weak, or as not enough.
You see the adorable quirks.
You see the intelligence and curiosity.
You see the resilience of a girl who never gives up.
You see the girl who is always striving to be more, to do more, but who is perfect just as she is.
That is you and never change the you- you are.
