Leon was hopeless. It was now 2 days later and the day of the surgery. Together with Herman and all of their friends they decided to do it.
Violetta loved to dance and move, but they didn't want her dying from pain all day long.
Leon was deadly nervous for Violetta's surgery. As usual he was sitting on her bed, admiring her skin.
Herman and Angie were standing beside Leon and Violetta. They were almost as nervous as Leon was. The doctor walked inside Violetta's room, followed by all her friends.
Francesca was crying and Diego held her close. They all looked at the still sleeping, brown haired girl who was peacefully laying on her bed. Everyone knew what was going to happen to her, only she didn't know herself.
Leon planted a last kiss on Violetta's head before the doctors lifted her and placed her on another bed. They drove her past the group of friends and then into the surgery room. Leon sat down on a chair in Violetta's room. His hands were in his hands as he was looking down.
Angie sat down on a chair next to him and stroke his back. "She will be fine, I know that" She whispered to him on which he nodded.
"I hope so, I need her" He then mumbled back as only Angie could hear it.
"I know you do, we all do. But Violetta is a fighter, she'll wake up and be her happy self again" Angie tried to reassure Leon who just kept looking down.
The only problem of convincing Leon was that Angie hadn't convinced herself yet.

They waited for more than 2 hours already. Leon had been nervously walking up and down around the room. Francesca had been crying in Diego's arms, Angie had tried to concentrate on other things but failed, Camila had fought against her tears and hid herself in Broduey's body, Naty had started crying as well on which Maxi had hugged her tightly. Only Herman was the only one who was calmly sitting on a chair.
The only thing was that from the inside he was breaking into small pieces. Everytime he spotted a doctor go in and out Violetta's surgery room his heart skipped a beat. His daughter could be dying now and he couldn't do anything.
He felt like he had no power over his own daughter anymore.
A doctor came out of Violetta's surgery room and walked inside the room where everyone was sitting. All the chaos stopped and everyone's head turned his way.
"And?" Leon asked the doctor, almost running up to him.
"The surgery went great, she'll be fine. But as you guys know she can't walk anymore, her leg is paralysed now. She just won't feel the heavy pain anymore" The doctor told the group with mercy in his eyes. Sighs from reliefment were heard from all around the room, and also Herman's heart started beating normal again.
