"Okay, this needs to stop," Namjoon says as he hurriedly tugs his navy blue shirt back on.
"Yes, yes, last time this is happening. Ever,' Seokjin replies in agreement, handing the younger his glasses.
And yet when Namjoon's and Jin's eyes find each other they can't help but shine.
This should've never become a habit. It's not healthy for Jin to allow Namjoon to kiss him breathless whenever they bump into one another around campus. It's been a little over two weeks, this isn't good for his poor heart. But how can he say no? His mouth is weak for his, his lips part open out of their own accord whenever he's nearby, his legs shake and his eyes close and---how could he possibly refuse? When you're in love with someone, they become your weakness. And Jin was never strong to begin with.
And Namjoon, oh, he knows this is a bad idea, he knows his scholarship is at stake but whenever he sees Seokjin walking around looking beautiful as always, he can't help but stretch his hand towards him and tug him along to one of their rooms. At first it was just kissing but then kissing started leading to taking their clothes off and grinding against each other. The moment he first heard the older's moans he knew he was officially gone. And now here they are, not yet having sex but every time it feels like they go slightly further and it's only a matter of time before it happens.
Jin looks at his reflection on the mirror, fixes his messed up hair with clumsy fingers. There's a hickey over his collarbones, it's red and purple and the size of a thumb. He touches it with his fingertips; it hurts. He likes it.
He finds Namjoon staring at his reflection as well, his expression unreadable. He turns around. "I should go."
"Yeah, of course---see you around?"
"Yeah, see ya," he says before slamming the door.
This needs to stop.
Jimin is eating rice, eyes lost in the food in front of him. He won't lie, it tastes good. Food hasn't tasted good in so long that he's surprised to have the capacity to admit that. Back when he was a teenager it took him around a year to fully enjoy eating again. But well, this time his friends were there to stop him before things got really out of hand.
And the way Hoseok lights up every time he finishes any dish at all, makes the effort all the more worth it. This doesn't mean he doesn't skip some meals when he can get away with it, god no. He's gaining weight, and Hoseok tells him he looks ravishing every day. He whispers sweet nothings against his skin and kisses his stomach and at times, he believes him. But when Hoseok is gone and he finds himself back in the lonely darkness of his room...well, it's hard to believe anything then.
Deep down Jimin knows he needs help. He knows it but he doesn't want help. He doesn't want to be a burden or depend on anyone he doesn't he doesn't---
"Is it good? I was gonna order some myself."
Jimin looks up from his rice at that and freezes. Yoongi is standing there, looking beautiful with his dark hair, a bright contrast against his pale skin. He takes a seat in the vacant chair in front of him and sends him a small smile. The gesture looks like an apology but Jimin is far from taking it. He feels anger crawl its way up into his body. This boy thinks he can just leave him when he needs him (despite him planning to avoid him as well, the chance never really presented itself until now, almost three weeks later when it's too late and there's a bitter taste on his tongue) and come back when things are easier.
"Wow, you still remember me?" Jimin gapes at Yoongi, irony laced so deep into his voice that he knows the other would recognize it even if he wasn't trying to display it in his every gesture.
