Wrong Feelings

Chapter 11

Bay's POV:

I woke up in Emmett's arms. I guess the nurse thought it was ok for us to sleep on the same bed. I looked at Emmett, he was still sleeping. I put my hand on his leg and he woke up.

Bay: "wow!...you are not a light sleeper!"

Emmett: ya...Sometimes I am

Bay: "are you ok?...did I wake you up to early?"

Emmett: no...it's ok...I'm just tired

Bay: "is there anything I can do?"

Emmett: no....just....get better

Bay: "I will do my best"

Emmett leaned down and kissed me. He pulled back and smiled. He was perfect. Emmett pulled me closer, I put my head on his chest. Then John walked in.

John: excuse me!

Bay: "hi...what are you doing here?"

John: I thought I would come see how your doing....looks like your ok...last i heard you were still...not awake

Bay: "ya I woke up yesterday....at around 7:00pm.....Emmett, Regina, and Angelo were here....are you ok?"

John: ya...I'm going home...I have to work

Bay: "ok...bye"

Then John left. He couldn't stay for more than a minute?, what was so important?. I looked at Emmett and put my head back on his chest. And I stayed there until everyone else came to check on me, including Dr. Steven.

Dr. Steven: "ok!...so...looks like you are doing fine!...you can go home today!...we just need to do some tests"

Bay: "that's fine...I just want to go home"

Dr. Steven: "ha, I have never seen a patient in a rush to go home...they usually just want to go back to doing what they do"

Bay: "I don't really like hospitals...I guess that's why I want to go home"

Emmett: that's my Bay!

Dr. Steven: "well I will go do those tests so you can go home!"

Bay: "thank you Dr. Steven!...you have been very helpful!"

Dr. Steven left and Regina came to me. Kathryn was talking to Toby, Angelo was talking to Daphne, Regina was talking to me, and Emmett was watching me.

Regina: "is there anything I can do to help you?...do you need anything?"

Bay: "I'm fine, thank you!"

Emmett: how are you planing to get home?

Regina: "I assumed she was going with you"

Emmett: I don't want you on a motorcycle yet....you can get hurt...at least wait three days

Bay: "really Emmett?...it's just a motorcycle...it can't hurt me"

Emmett: I would feel safer if you went home in a car

Bay: "Angelo!"

Angelo turned and came over to me.

Angelo: "yes"

Bay: "can you bring me home when Dr. Steven finishes the tests?"

Angelo: "ya...of course!"

Bay: "thank you!"

Angelo left and I turned to Emmett.

Bay: "see...everything is solved!"
