I walked back to our table to be greeted with Jordan's friend Jamie. Jordan had pulled my chair out for me and tucked me into the table as well. I said hi to Jamie as I was seated. She responded not in a good way either.

 Jordan had ordered red wine for me even though I told him Allie knew what I like to drink. I will admit he had great taste in wine it wasn't bad at all and it went well with all of our dishes we had ordered to eat. Sitting there for a while I had lost my appetite. 

Jordan noticed and whispered in my ear. He scared me I jumped back a little.I went to the lounge to talk with Jordan. Honestly I was so scared to be there by myself with him that I lashed out at him and got up and left. 

I was falling for him and I couldn't allow myself to fall for him because he would hurt me eventually. It always started off that they were always nice and once we got in good they would go bad.

D what happened back there with you and Jordan? Did he try to touch your or hurt you because he doesn't seem like that type at all. No Allie he didn't. I don't know I just felt uncomfortable by myself and he was prying and with everything that happened earlier I just lashed out on him.

As we walked into our apartment Allie just kept assuming that I was into Jordan. Was she right did I really act a certain way when I liked someone and I wasn't able to see it.  As I started walking down the hallway towards my room I started to think about all of today's event's.

A went to take a hot bath. Sitting in the tub I closed my eye's and thought about everything that happened today. The tears started to come down and I was glad I was home alone in the tub and able to allow them to finally flow without someone stopping me. Once I finished soaking I let the water out and stood to take a shower.

As I was washing myself all I could think of was how Allie said I liked Jordan. My mind went to Jordan and my body didn't object to it at all. Images of Jordan and I played in my mind. Would you mind waiting for me in the living room while I go change into something comfy please? I don't mind at all Jordan said.  

We both walked towards the living room. I had offered him a drink before I  headed back towards my room to put some clothes on. I threw on my yoga pants a tank top and my fuzzy socks and brushed my hair into a messy bun. I swapped my contacts for my glasses and walked back into my living room.

Hey sorry to keep you waiting I said. It's ok I was looking at your pictures of you and Allie. I see the two of you have known each other for a while. Yes she and I met when we were six years old. You two are adorable. Thank you Jordan.

Jordan can we talk openly and honestly? I would like that he said to me. Can you give me a second I said to him. Of course Denise take your time, I'm not going anywhere until you tell me to. Okay hold on I'll be right back.

I got up and walked to Allies room. Hey Als can I talk to you for a second. Sure give me a few minutes. Ok. I'll be in my room I said to her door. Ok she called out. Five minutes later Allie walked into my room and closed the door behind her. Hey D whats up? Well I want to say thank you for always keeping it real with me and being a true friend to me at all times. 

D we've known each other for twenty years and you can't get rid of me no matter what friends for life. I know and I appreciate that thank you so much. But the real reason I asked you in here is because Jordan is waiting for me and I think I am ready to tell him about my past. 

Wow D that's major. If you are really ready I say go for it. I knew you liked him Allie said to me. I do and I want to be honest with him and start fresh. D I'm so proud of you for doing this. I'll be here if you need me. Ok. Okay thanks Als. I gave her a hug and told her to go back in her room with Jon. She laughed and said she planned on it.

On my way back to the living room I stopped by the kitchen to grab two bottle of water one for me and one for Jordan. Here you go as I took the empty spot on the couch next to him. Sorry it took me so long I needed to talk to Allie about something. 

It's cool Jordan said. Well before I start where are my manners at. Let me give you a tour. I stood up and held my hand out for Jordan. He took it and I led the way. First stop you've seen the living room here is our kitchen and dinning room. This the bathroom but you already knew that. This is Allie's room and down the hall is my room. I walked him into my room and showed him around.

Nice room and it's a nice size as well he said to me. Thanks I said. I love the teddy bears on your bed. They were a gift from someone and I need to get rid of them. Gotcha he said while nodding his head. Well let me grab a blanket out of my closet and a pillow before we head back to the living room.

I led Jordan back to the living room and we found our same spots on the couch. I put my pillow down on the couch and spread the blanket across our laps and I turned to face him. 

Hi I said to him. Hey he said back to me. So can we start fresh I said. I would like that.
