I knew exactly what my wife was doing to me, she was setting me up big time. Denise knew I wasn't a fan of Shawna's at all but she made me grab our paperwork anyway from her. This girl gave me the creeps the way she would stare at me even in front of Denise she had no respect at all.

I took my time to let everyone go in front of me hoping Denise would be done by the time I got up there to get the envelope and no such luck at all she walked out right as soon as I was turning away from the desk after Shawna rubbed my hand with her's.

Shawna no disrespect but I am happily married to my wife who is carrying my child so I appreciate it if you stopped looking and touching me like that I said to her before leaving the desk.

I walked over to my wife and gave her a kiss and grabbed her hand as we walked out the office hand and hand. I love you baby I said to her. I love you too. So how are we going to get everyone together I asked her. Well we should do something soon since we only have two months left she said to me.

How about we go to the house and see what Allie and Jon think I said to her. Can we eat first babe i'm starving she said to me. Sure so am I. I want breakfast and lunch mixed together I said to her. Babe you read my mind let's go get some eggs and a burger and some good stuff she said to me.

Sounds good to me as well I said. Babe actually I want mama Morgans I want your favorite shake with disco fries a burger with scrambled eggs and i'm dying for a pickle she said. If that's what the lady want's she she'll have I said to her.

I took her to mama Morgan's diner and we set in our booth and ordered our food. Hi mom I said to Morgan. Hi babies she said back to us. I had to make sure I was seeing thing's because you threw me off with your order this afternoon she said to me.

Yeah the wife wanted to come here and get something different I said to her. Sometimes change is good she said to me. I notice a little bump there are we expecting she said to Denise. Denise and I looked at each other and shrugged our shoulders. 

OMG congrats you two I am so happy for you she said to us. Mom no one knows so please keep it a secret I told her. Of course Jordan my lips are sealed she said as she went to make our shakes. Extra for my babies she said to us. Thank you mama Morgan said Denise.

Once we finished our food we headed home to talk to Jon and Allie about some advice for how we should tell the family. Jon said that dads birthday was in two weeks so we should make dinner at our house for the whole family. 

Making phone calls to both sides of the family to invite them over for dinner was the best idea we had. Allie and Denise made homemade place cards with hints all around the dining room area. I even found a birthday card that said happy birthday grandpa from your newest grandbaby to be.

I wrote my dad a poem that said to the world's greatest dad who has taught me everything I know. I hope I can be half of a father to my baby like you were to me and my sibling's love alway's Jordan and baby Knight.

Dinner went well as planned and no one still caught on to what we were hinting to until Jon, Allie, Denise and I all came back into the dining room wearing shirt's that said my auntie rocks, when daddy say's no I go to my favorite uncle. My shirt said proud to be called dad and Denise's said proud to be called  mom with a baby peeking out of a window on her belly.

That's when everyone noticed my belly and got so excited they all started screaming and came to hug and kiss us both. My dad was in tears when his tshirt said number 1 granddad along with Denise's dad. Seeing that his baby girl was having a baby made him really emotional.

My mother sent us away for a overnight getaway. So Denise and I were treated to the full package at the hotel my mother had paid for and made sure we were well taken care of. That Denise and I just laid in each other's arms all night long which felt wonderful.

Baby mom said the limo will be here by two I told Denise who was taking a nap. She got up and started to get ready so we could met the limo downstairs. Wow Denise said when we pulled up to the venue. I thought it was at the house she said to me. I thought so as well.

Well you know my mother never does anything small I said to her. It's ok we will have a good time she said to me. Walking hand in hand into the venue we were surprised by how beautiful it came out and how many people where there.

Everyone was enjoying themselves and over in the corner I saw my sister talking to someone who I couldn't tell if I knew them or not. I walked over to my sister to see her actually arguing with Jamie. What the hell are you doing here Jamie I said to her.

I-I just wanted to congratulate you and Denise and give you a gift. Thank you but you need to leave now for my wife sees you here and we don't need the drama. We are having a family event I said now please leave. Jamie left just before Denise walked over to Jade and me.

Hey they are ready for us to pop the balloons and cut the cake open she said to me. Okay let's go I said to her taking her by the hand. I stood by her while everyone took a turn popping the balloon to see if it was a girl or a boy but it fooled everyone because pink and blue kept coming out of them all.

Finally the last balloon had the ultrasound picture in it but you couldn't tell what it was. Denise and I cut into the cake to see half blue and half pink but the further we cut it was still the same until the cupcakes came around. 

Everyone bit into the cupcake and screamed it's a boy all of the cupcakes were blue. Baby I am so happy I picked my wife up and kissed her like I had never kissed her before. You make me the happiest man alive Denise I love you so much.

May 16th had come we celebrated  my wife turning 27 years old and my 31st birthday at a fancy restaurant with family and friend.  Denise wasn't her usual self that night and I didn't know why she was more crankier and short with everyone.

Come to find out she was in labor and we didn't know it until her water had broken at the table. We rushed her to the hospital for her to deliver our healthy baby boy weighing in at 10lbs 8oz and 23 in long. Welcome to the world Aidan Knight.

Baby girl I love you so much I said to her right before I kissed her forehead.
