Chapter 12

Ariana's p.o.v.

I woke up and felt the empty bed beside me. I sat up and looked out the window. I could see someone from across the street so I went over to the window to see what they were doing. It was Mac and he was taking things inside his house. I looked away from him and just stared at the clouds in the sky. It was kind of gloomy today and I like days like these. I heard someone walk into the room and I knew it was Ricky.

Ricky- I rescheduled our appointment to look at the house for later today. She said we could go at 5 pm today

I ignored him as I continued to look out the window. I could hear him coming closer until he sat on my side of the bed which was closer to me. He sighed and I could tell he was ready to talk but I didn't know what to say to him.

Ricky- can we talk? Please

I tuned out so I was facing him but I didn't say anything.

Ricky- look I know I shouldn't have gone out and left you here not knowing where I was when we were suppose to be having a good day. I just got angry and I didn't want to take it out on you so I'm sorry

Ariana- you find out an ex boyfriend of mine always took his anger out on me and you get so angry that your going to take it out on me? I should've stayed with him then! You can't just get angry at someone else and do the EXACT thing that they do. When you get angry at something or someone you need to be alone, you need to think about things and talk yourself down, not go out and get drunk just to forget about it. You're not solving anything by doing that

Ricky- I know. Can we please move past this now? We're looking at a house today so we can expand our family.

Ariana- I love you

He smiles at me and I walk over to him. He stands up from the bed with his hand on my belly and kisses me on the forehead.

Ricky- I love you too

Ricky- Ariana! Come on, we should have left already

Ariana- alright I'm coming. I had to give my baby kisses.

Ricky- You already did that 10 minutes ago

Ariana- alright bye mama Alvarez. If you need anything just call us

Sylvia- bye sweetheart. We'll be just fine but I'll remember that

We head out the door and Ricky drives like a maniac to get there in time. There was little conversations here and there between us but it mostly stayed quiet the whole time. We finally arrive and there is a huge gate, we buzz in and tell them our name and reason for being there. The huge gate opens up and we pass 5 houses before we get to the one we are looking at.

Ariana- I like that it's a gated community. Makes me feel safe

Ricky- i wanted to make sure we had a gate. I want you to feel as safe as you can be. And if you look over here there is another gate and behind this gate is the house that we are looking at

Ariana- so there's a gate to the whole community and there is a gate to the house

Ricky- yep. All of the houses have a gate as well. Did you not notice them?

Ariana- no. I couldn't pay attention because of how pretty it is here. I already want to move here

Ricky- yeah well let's look at the house first

Ariana- aww no fun

He shoots me a smile and a wink. Even after being married and being mad at him his wink still makes me get butterflies in my stomach. We buzz in at this gate and we are let in. We had to drive down a long driveway.

Ariana- I call not getting the mail

Ricky- damn I should've called it when we first came in.

We finally get to the house and it is HUGE! I look up at the house from inside the car and I stare at it in awe. Ricky opens my car door and holds his hand out for me. I take it and step out of the car. We walk up to the door and knock. The real estate agent opens the door and I gasp. The entry way is huge and  everything was marble.

Ricky- Ari this is Jessica, she will be our real estate agent

Jessica- it's nice to meet you both

I shook her hand and Ricky did the same. She shut the door behind us.

Jessica- so in the email Ricky was telling me that you wanted a lot of bedrooms and this house has a lot.

Ricky- I made sure to tell her everything that you wanted in the email so she could find the perfect house for us.

Jessica- if you will follow me I can start to take you through the house and if you have any questions you can ask me

We follow the tall blonde into the living room and it was huge. It had white carpet which I didn't like carpet so we would have to take that out.

Ariana- does every room have carpet?

Jessica- yes. Every room but the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and sauna

Ariana- wait this house has a sauna

Ricky- oh boy. We'll never get rid of people now

Me and Jessica let out a chuckle.

Jessica- yep this house has a sauna. It also has a pool, a game room, a movie theatre, and a tennis court

Ariana- I don't want to leave here

Ricky- well if we really like the house we can live here

We keep moving through all the rooms and each room is huge and amazing. We go to the basement and it has so many different doors.

Jessica- there are 2 bedrooms down here with 1 full bathroom over there and there are 2 half bathrooms in the bedrooms. The movie theatre is in that door over there and the game room is over here.

We walk in each of the rooms and I'm pretty much in love with this house. We walk back up the stairs and talk a little before we go upstairs to look at the bedrooms. We finally make it up all 34 steps, yes I counted, and my feet are killing me.

Jessica- so up here there are 8 bedrooms with a bathroom in every room and there is a bonus room at the end of the hall with a bathroom across from it. This right here on the left is the master bedroom if you would like to see in there first.

We walk in and I'm blown away. The room is huge and it has a fireplace in the corner.

Jessica- I'll be downstairs in the living room so you guys can take a look around and if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask

She walks out of the room and leaves me and Ricky there looking around. I look out the window and there's a huge balcony with a great view. We look at the bathroom and it's amazing, I could just live in the bathroom. We look at all the other bedrooms and bathrooms and again they are all huge. I didn't think that the rooms could be this big from looking at it on the outside.

Ricky- so you like it?

Ariana- I love it! I could totally see our little family here

Ricky- I could too. So I already know the price

Ariana- how much is it?

Ricky- 8 million dollars

Ariana- that's really not that bad if you think about how much this house has plus the pool, the tennis court, and a guest house. She said the guest house also has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Ricky- yeah that's true but we'll also have to pay to have the carpet removed and wood floors put in. That's going to be a lot for how many rooms there are

Ariana- I know but I really think it will be worth it

Ricky- we'll go tell her that we'll take it then

Ariana- yay!! I'm so excited
