KARA ARRIVED AT SCHOOL AND SPOTTED JESSICA WALKING BY HERSELF. Kara ran up to catch up with her. Jessica looked over to see Kara and gave her a weak smile. Her eyes were pleading to tell her something. Kara was about to ask if she was okay but Chloe interrupted them by calling them. Both girls head's turned in unison. "Jess! Kara! You wanna help?" Before the girls could answer, Bryce walks up to Chloe and attacks her with a kiss. Kara scrunched up her nose, she was about to make a sarcastic remark but was interrupted by Jessica pulling her gently.

Kara and Jessica both arrive at Jess' locker. "Are you okay?"

Jess sighed heavily. "Someone threatened me." Jessica turned her lock towards the combination and opened it. A note fell into Kara's hands, Kara unfolded it. Anger bubbled inside of her, she crumpled up the paper and held it in her hand.

"I'll kill the bastar-"

"Hello ladies." Mr. Porter interjected causing Kara to hide the note behind her. "You both get my note? About dropping by the office? I was hoping we can chat."

"About what?" Jessica questions

"About anything you need." Mr. Porter cleared his throat. "Anything I can do to help with what you're going through." He clarified.

Kara scoffed. "Really, you think you can be helpful all of a sudden? You let my s-" Jessica tugged on her sleeve gently causing her mouth to shut.

"Yes, uh I think I can." Mr. Porter's voice faltered. "Look, I know what you both think about me you know and about what happened but the most important thing to me right now, Jessica and Kara, is about keeping you safe."

"Jessica! Kara! Hey, where you been? Kara, we need to get my tutoring done and Jess we still have to celebrate, girl." Mr. Porter looked confused and so did Kara. She hasn't seen this girl in her life, but she certainly knew Kara. "Uh, the squad just made Jess a flyer." The girl clarified causing Mr. Porter to nod curtly.

"Congratulations, Ms. Davis."

"Thank you." Jessica responded.

"Think about what I said, both of you." Both girls nodded before he walked off.

"Asshole." Kara muttered while she folded her arms across her chest. "Your welcome." The girl said.

"Thank you." Jessica replied with a small smile. "Do we know you?"

"Nina Jones." She answered. "Trust me, Porter's clueless. It's better to keep your mouth shut around him."

IT WAS CHEMISTRY CLASS. Mr. Jarvis was rambling on about random shit that Kara could care less about. She twiddled with her pencil as she yawned. She felt someone poking her, she saw Scott with a piece of paper folded. Kara rose an eyebrow and smiled softly. She unfolded the paper and read what it said. It said "hey :)" Kara rolled her eyes playfully, quietly laughing about his silliness.

She picked up her pencil and wrote her response.

Scott stifled a chuckle causing Mr. Jarvis both to look at them. Mr. Jarvis gave a lazy look before continuing on with the lecture.

After Kara wrote this, she handed it over to Scott and hid a smirk on her face.Scott debated on whether if he should write this. He stuck his tongue out of the side of his mouth in concentration. Kara kept a close eye on him, Kara always wondered on what he was thinking. Kara couldn't help to have this flutter of hope in her stomach. She felt as if she could trust Scott more than the other jocks. Kara guarded her heart with a steel wall, not letting it fall for anyone but Kara wondered if she do it for Scott. Scott passed the note causing Kara to snap out of her trance.

do you wanna go on like a date with me? it's okay if you don't i was just wondering because your like super pretty and i should really stop writing this. anyways, if you don't u won't hurt my feelings at all (:

Kara couldn't help to smile widely. Scott watched, she was mesmerizing. Kara bit her bottom lip as she wrote down a response.

With that, Kara handed it over to Scott. After that, the bell rang and Kara jumped off of her stool and walked out without another word to Scott. Scott looked over the note and jumped in excitement. Scott had to find Zach. Scott rushed out of the room and found Zach standing at his locker. Scott threw his arms over Zach, Zach widens his eyes in surprise. "Whoa, what happened?" Zach questioned.

"Kara said yes!"

Zach softly smiled. "I told you. Be yourself around Kara, she admires that in guys."

"Thanks man. I owe ya."

- i actually feel good about that chapter sorry it came so late in the day. right now it's like 12 a.m here and i'm a night owl so yeah. but my internet wasn't workin in the afternoon which was weird then i took like a four hour nap. then i watched supergirl then got a fabulous new idea for a book and then i updated this book. sorry if it seemed rushed?

-i loved making the note scene and i loved making scott all adorable and cuddly.

-i'm shipping scara o my gosh

-i had a little bit of jessara in there as well.

-and tbh i thought mr porter did a lot of character development so has sheri and courtney.

-i'm planning there be a memory in next chapter.
