Chapter 5 - Matters Keep Getting Worse

That dream or nightmare was still haunting me even when I was awake, I was suspicious of everyone person that I came across during the day. I had the day off today since it was just a simple school day for the prisoners but I would need to talk to them later like always, I was in the cafeteria enjoying some breakfast, While I observed anyone who might be similar to that figure.

I was drinking some water when my phone started to ring, Hopefully it was just someone with the wrong number and I wouldn't need to talk to anyone besides the guys today. I checked the number and it was one of my mothers, Namely it was Ai's which didn't make sense because Emi was usually the one who sneaked to me the most. "Hello mother, Is something the matter?" I waited for a response but all I got was silence, I continued to wait until I finally heard some noise from the other side.

"Hello (Y/N), Sorry about being silent, I was talking to someone else and I don't think you wanted to overhear that. I was calling to ask a little favor, Its about your sister." What about Kiko, Did she get into some sort of trouble that I had no idea about? "She needs to connect with more girls her age, I was hoping that you could help her become friends with those student council girls you work with. Please don't disappoint me (Y/N), I wouldn't want to change my mind about your position." She was holding that position over my head... I guess I have no choice but to agree "Fine, I'll see what I can do." Ai thanked me and then she hung up... It seems the day was going to not be simple.

I finished my breakfast and I thought about maybe visiting the prison early with Ai, It might be a good chance for her to properly meet Meiko and Hana. I called Kiko on her phone to see if she was up to anything and wanted to hangout, She seemed excited and she agreed I told her to meet me at the prison. It was going to be hard facing Hana and even harder facing Kiko since she basically betrayed me. If I was going to make it through this day, I might just need to do an old calming trick that I learned, It was time to make some origami.

I did nothing to great I made some basic swans for everyone but then I remembered reading something in a book about a origami crow, I decided to try it out and after a little bit of folding it to my exact memory... It turned out great! I checked the time and it was getting close to our meet up, I pack up my birds and set out for the prison hoping to meet Kiko there, I hope she likes the present I got her and I hope the guys like them, I hope it brings them good luck and to keep hope.

I reached the prison and I didn't see Kiko anywhere, I decided to hand out all my presents to everyone at the prison first since she wasn't there yet. I started with the guys who had some yard time today, They thanked me for the swans and I moved onto the girls next but I was surprised when I saw Mari also here. They were sitting in the shade drinking some tea which Hana made, I personally made all the tea but when I wasn't around Hana would and I could say that she needs a  large improvement on it.

"Hello ladies, I have a present for you all." I handed Meiko her swan first, It wasn't the biggest one but it defiantly seemed to improve her mood. I turned to Hana next and after some hesitation I handed her the worst one, It wasn't as great as the others but it was still does properly, I had no more swans when I arrived at Mari but then I remembered the crow! I gave her the crow and it seemed that she was expecting another swan and not a crow "Is this a crow? Did you make all these (Y/N)?" "Yes, I do it quite often as a calming technique and considering the past few days, I greatly needed too.".

It was at this exact movement when Kiko arrived, I waved for her to come over but when she noticed the other members of the council... She got this murderous aura around her. "(Y/N), What are they doing here? I thought just the two of us were going to hang out today?" I knew she was going to take this in the wrong way "No, I wanted you to officially meet the members of the student council. This is Meiko the vice president, Hana the secretary, and Mari the president." Kiko didn't seem impressed but she was looking at Hana more deadly then anyone... It was starting to scare me.
