Prison School - The Male Council Member

Chapter 9 - Guy Bonding

"Yes. I understand that watching over her is very important." I was on the phone with Ai and it was because of her I was late to report at the prison. "She is making friends just fine, Both of you worry to much about her." She was worried about Kiko again and I don't know why they couldn't just call her instead. "Mother, I have something to attend to so could we please cut this short?" She finally hung up the phone and I was finally free to leave.

I grabbed the rest of my work that I was planning on doing while watching over the guy's today. It was me and Meiko today which meant today was going to be easy, The guys have been acting very good lately and they should be out of the prison in no time. These guys are actually alright except for their unsavory attempts from earlier this year. I thought I would reinforce their good behavior with a present.

I didn't know what everyone would like so I just went with food, I wasn't that great of a cook but I had enough money to buy something for them. I bought each of them a chocolate bar, They probably haven't eaten anything like it in a awhile so I was sure they would like it. I was hoping that I could talk to them about the last two days, They might be able to help me with whatever was going on with the girls.

I reached the prison and once I got to the gate I opened it up but before I could close it Meiko appeared behind me. "Hello Meiko, I thought you would be here already." "No, I was running late with something... Why are you just getting here?" "Same thing, I was on the phone with one of my mothers." We both entered the fenced area and closed the gate. Meiko went to her office and I went to the rooms of the guys, I had enough time to give the guys their presents and I could ask them later my questions.

I opened the door and entered the room closing the door behind me. Everyone was already dressed and just waiting for us to lead them outside. "Hello guys, How is everyone today?" I got various sighs and grunts for all the guys except for Kiyoshi. "Were good (Y/N), I have to ask though but where have you been these past few days?" "I had a couple of days off from the prison but I'm now back on guard duty. I have something to give you all, Consider it a reward for good behavior." I pulled out the chocolate bars and gave everyone their own. "Holy crap! I haven't seen something like this in awhile!" Everyone was happy with their treat and they quickly ate them to avoid detection from Meiko.

"Alright guys! I'll lead you outside since today is not going to be easy!" I started to let everybody leave but Meiko appeared and called Shingo to her office! Shingo left with Meiko and I was left wondering what he did to upset her... I just hope its nothing major. Once everyone was outside I have them their tasks and they got off to work right away, These guys were doing great! I sat down at one of the tables outside and started to look over some paperwork for school requisitions... Wait a minute! The Aikido club is requesting a new room and all new equipment?! Why was I just hearing about this now? It seems I won't be able to ask those questions today... I guess my real job comes first.

Intermission - If you know where I'm going with this then I praise you. Yes a new character will be introduced this early but won't be playing that big of a role until later! 

I pulled out my phone and dialed Meiko's number, I waited for a few seconds before she answred. "Hello (Y/N), Is something the matter?" "Kinda, I need to see a... Kate Takenomiya about her club requests. I need you to watch over the guys in the yard while I'm gone." "No problem, I was hoping to watch over them anyway." She hung up her phone and I was puzzled by why she wanted to watch over them... I guess it really doesn't matter in the long run.

I packed up my papers and left the prison for this Aikiod club, I really did hate having to visit all of these clubs with people I had no idea about but it was apart of the job. I walked around the school for awhile until I finally found the clubs room, I knocked on the door but I didn't hear even a shuffle. I knocked again and after I got the same response I tried opening the door but it was locked! It didn't make any sense because my files said that the club was meeting right now... I guess this matter would have to wait until later. I turned to leave but I bumped into someone and was knocked to the ground.
