The next day of school rolled around and the twins were mad at each other, same with Phoenix and Tony.
Phoenix got to his locker and grabbed the books he needed for class.

"Phoenix look, I'm sorry for last night but I didn't do it. "Tony placed his hand on Phoenix's shoulder.

"I don't want to hear it, just leave me alone. " Phoenix brushed his ex-friend's hand off his shoulder.
"No, you're my only friend and you need to accept my apology. "

"I said I don't want to hear it! Are you deaf?"
Both of them started shouting at each other, students started crowding them.

"Accept it, dude! When something bad happens then you'll come crawling to me!" Tony pushed Phoenix back making him drop his bag.

"Don't you understand? You backstabbed me!" Phoenix pushed him back.

"It wasn't me! Those girls took my phone and pretended to be me!" Tony pushed a little bit harder.

"I can't trust you anymore!" Phoenix punched him through the face, he gasped for what he has done.

Tony rubbed his cheek and glared at Phoenix. "You asked for it now!" Tony raised his fist to punch Phoenix but it never came.

Luka was standing in front of Phoenix. "Don't you dare lay a finger on him! Are we clear?!"
Zander stood by Phoenix's side. "Are you okay? Did he hurt you?"
Phoenix shook his head. "N-no, I punched him. "

Zander helped Phoenix to the nurses' office to tend to his now swollen fist.

The day was slow as the hours ticked by slowly, the twins finally spoke to each other but Phoenix was quiet the entire time.

"Babe, it's going to be fine. Nothing bad will happen. " Luka kissed their mate's cheek.

Phoenix sighed softly. "I lost my best friend and make that only friend. "
"We're here for you Phoenix. " Zander gave him a gentle smile.

"Thanks, guys. " Phoenix smiled at the twins and carried on his work.
School eventually finished as the trio walked towards the car. "Can we stop by my place? I need to pick up some clothes of mine. "

The twins nodded at their mates' request and drove there, it was always quiet in the car.

Phoenix hopped out of the car and walked to the front door, the twins followed him closely sniffing the air.
"Something's off. " Zander looked around.

"What do you mean? Nothing is wrong. " Phoenix unlocked his front door and walked inside, he placed his keys on the key rack and walked to his room to pack the clothes and belongings he needed.

The twins explored their mate's place. "Whose that?" Luka pointed to a family picture of a young Phoenix along with an older looking girl and a man and another older looking boy. "Looks like his sister, brother, and father." Zander picked the family photo up and examined it closely.
"Mate never talks about his family. "

"Strange. " Luka said taking it from his twin's hand and looked at it.
"Hey guys, can you help me with my bags?" Phoenix called from his room.
The twins helped Phoenix with his luggage. "Anything else before we leave?" Zander asked carrying the last bag outside.

"I got everything I need. "Phoenix said over his shoulder as he searched for his favorite blanket, his mother gave it to him before she passed away.
Phoenix grabbed it and went back to the car where the twins were waiting. "Let's go home. "

Late at night, the twins fell asleep while watching tv while Phoenix was lying awake in bed, he couldn't fall asleep. "I can't sleep!" He sighed softly and went to the lounge. "Luka, Zander comes to bed, please. "

Luka snored loudly drool trailing down his mouth, Phoenix sighed softly before switching the tv off and whispered in Lukas's ear. "Babe, I'm horny~"

Luka shot up awake. "Horny?"

Zander groaned softly and turned on his side.
"Zander wake up! Phoenix is horny!"
Zander slowly opened his eyes and glared at his twin. "He's not Luka, he just wanted you to wake up. "
Luka pouted and whined loudly. "Unfair. "
