Phoenix slept quietly on the couch with Luka laying over him tiredly, meanwhile Azure, Melanie, and Zander stood inside the kitchen with some coffee.

"How long were you with that pack?" Zander asked lowly, his hair was messy from stress.

"Practically my whole life... I met Melanie through the pack, we were best friends for years but once we turned 18, I discovered that she was my mate. "Azure replied looking towards Mel who was smiling. "How did you meet Phoenix?"

"Well, technically we saw him when Luka and I were on a run and we saw him. We stalked him and enrolled in his school and things happened.

"Zander smiled as he remembered it.
"That's so sweet! Just like the love story my younger sister told!" Melanie giggled softly. "My sister Luna met her mate at a party and it was love at first sight!"

"Wait... Luna? As in purple hair with greyish eyes?" Zander asked with a raised brow, placing his empty coffee mug down beside him.

"Yeah. You know her?" Mel asked curiously.

"Yeah, I met her at that party. "
"Interesting. "Azure mumbled quietly looking at his brother.

"All three of you look the same, it's just the height that gives you away and Azure has different color eyes," Melanie smirked telling them. "So you're kinda my brother in law. "
"Yeah, I guess. "Zander nodded as he made himself another cup of coffee. "Never experienced it. "

Azure watched his brother slightly. "It must've been hard..."

"Excuse me?" Zander raised a brow, turning towards the taller male.
"Baby don't. "Mel warned towards her mate. "It's not your fault. "

"It is! Zander, I'm sorry for not being there for you and Luka... That asshole treated you like a bit while I was living my life in luxury. "

Zanders wolf, Kayde, whimpered slightly as he looked at his older brother. "Azure, it's not your fault, you didn't know. "

"Baby..." Melanie held onto his arm reassuringly, Azure tried his best to hold Malcolm back. "Azure, try to fight him. "

Azure shook his head, regaining his posture. "Sorry."

Phoenix cuddled into Zanders's chest as they all stayed in the lounge area of Phoenix, Zander, and Luka's place.

"Can't believe you two are mated to a human. "Azure looked away, he sat across from the trio.

"Do you have a problem with that?" Luka growled lowly towards Azure, Zander held Phoenix close to him protectively.

"No. Melanie's sister has a human mate. "Azure measured slightly, he pulled Melanie close to him out of habit.

"Then why can't you believe it?" Zander asked lowly, trying his best not to wake up Phoenix, he desperately needed the sleep more than anyone there.

"I just can't explain it, but how is it possible that you two are mated to a human?"

"The Moon Goddess chose who shall be mates to whom. "Melanie explained quickly, trying her best to stop the feud.  

Phoenix furrowed his brows as he slept, Luka noticed before kissing their mate's forehead gently.

"Have you ever done it before?" Mel asked, very curious in other words.
Luka smirked widely. "Yes~ About two times~" Zander looked towards his brother shocked. "Okay, I did it once with Phoenix and Zander but Zander and Phoenix did it twice~!"

"Luka!" Zander growled slightly towards the younger brother.

"You had sex with each other?!" Melanie asked blushing brightly, fanning herself to cool down.

"No, we only tease each other, we haven't had sex yet~"Luka turned towards Zander only to be hit. "Ow!"
"That's for blurting out our sex lives!" Zander growled a bit more, his eyes changed from green to gold.

"B-but she asked!" Luka's wolf, Chris, whimpered softly.

Melanie was still a blushing mess with a smirk but Azure was shocked, beyond shocked.
