Patrick POV

Nick look at me with his pair of round-big beautiful eyes.  Since the first time I met him, I always attracted to his eyes. No matter how many times I look at those pair of eyes, I still could not getting use to their beauty. I smile at him while handing a bottle of water in his hand. He looks like little bit surprise by my action.

"Drink some water." I said to him, and he pull the corner of his mouth to create a pretty smiles while murmuring thank you. This is the second time I meet him, but I feels like I know him very well. That's why while we're practicing I know that he feel nervous despite that he keep laugh all the time while make a mistake. No one complain about his behavior, instead we laugh together however Nick seems could not get the atmosphere. That's why when Mi-Dao called him and give us another 15 minutes break he  become down and buried himself to read the script, while the rest of casts are playing around, chatting or simply just eating the snacks.

"Are you nervous?" I ask him.  He smiles and nod his head slowly.

" Well, I guess so. hahah" He answer with an awkward laugh. I don't like to see him in this kind of depressing state.

"Do you know, I think you don't need to be nervous. Comparing to me, so have so much experiences. This is just the second drama for me, I am far behind you. And moreover, this is just an acting class, we can we anything we want, improve and explore our self. Make mistakes, so then during the real schedule we can bring 100% of our acting skill."

He staring at me, I don't know what kind of soul was possessed me. I regret my own words. I don't want to make him getting more upset. Ow!! this mouth! why do you said those kind of things. How if Nick become offended, worse getting irritated. Crap!

"I guess you are right. Thank you." Finally he said something. Sneakily I breathe a sigh of relief.

"I will try my best. And I promised to make you never regret to having me as your partner."

I caught off guard for couple of seconds. "having him as my partner?" Gosh! why is it sound so right!. Crap! Patrick! Pull your self together!

"Ah well.. I think I need to work as hard as possible." I answered him while laughing like a lunatic, while his laugh is sounds like a nice music in my ears.

It's been 3 months and half since the first day of filming "CROSSING THE LINE", almost everyday I need to run back and forth between shooting location and my school. Honestly it is very exhausting, but I could not deny that I love it. I am enjoying every moment I spent with other casts, and staffs. This is the first time for me getting along really well with other within short time. Unlike any other day within this past month, today I don't have any shooting schedule nor classes.

8:00 am, since I used to woke up early to catch up the classes or shooting schedule, I could not sleep anymore, but yet I hate to go outside of my blanket. My mom keep shouting from the first floor asked me to wake up since morning. Honestly I don't want to do anything and just want to lazing around.

"Patrick! Until when you are going to sleep?! Don't you have any classes today?" Shout my Mom while break into my room.

"I don't have,,, let me stay for a minutes please." I pleaded her, my Mom just shook her head.

"Mom gonna go to the office now, I've prepared breakfast. Don't skip it!"

"Ok Mom, thank you."

Not long after my mom leaving, I decide wake up, wash my face and checking my phone. Several messages from my classmate asking about the report of organic chemistry subject,  2 other spam messages and one message form Nick!!

"Do you have any plan for today? how about playing basketball together? Zach and Joe will join as well."

He sent it at 7:30!! Gosh! Stupid phone, why didn't you ringing when Nick message was arrived!! I quickly dialed Nick number and after the 4th ring he answer the phone.

"Hello~"

"Hi, Ge,,, sorry I just see your message~ and yes,  I don't have any plan for today. Where do you want me to see you?" I could not hide my excitement once I heard his melodious voice. He is cackling!

"Come to Xinyi Road! Adidas 101 park, we are gonna meet there at 5pm."

"OK! I will be there before 5pm." Nicking cackling again after heard my answer.

"You don't need to be in rush. Take your time, as you know Joe always late. Well, see you later."

"See you!"

I keep staring at my phone even after the phone call was disconnected. Talking with Nick was become my favorite thing recently, looking at his smiling face is a happiness, and staring deep at his pretty eyes is a bliss. I don't know since when I develop this kind of fetish toward him. As far as I know, we have a lot of similar interests, whether it is about the passion to work as an actor or just  our interest of basketball. It is not difficult to find a topic to talk with him. Time flies faster whenever I spend it with him. He is older than me, yet what I want to do is spoiling him. All of this thing might be because I don't have any sibling, and found him as someone who looks so delicate make me want to protect him. I am glad that I ever met him and working with him, because finally I can find a good friend.
