Working for Mr. Bennington

My birthday

I've been working for Chester for a month now. I paid off most of the studies that was behind with the money he paid me. As for us. I don't know. We're sort of together. He never officially asked me to be his girlfriend. Well when we are together he treats me like his girlfriend. He is so sweet to me and he treats me with respect. I feel more and more myself with him. And I trust him. He's different. I woke up and I saw he wasn't next to me. Just a box wrapped in gift paper. And a note. I took the note and read it.

'Morning baby girl. I had to go to an early meeting with Mike. Sorry that I can't be there to wish you happy birthday myself. I hope you will love the gift I got for you. And have fun tonight with your friends. If you need me give me a call and I'll come get you. Happy birthday baby girl. Chester.'

I smiled like a stupid school girl in love. I opened the box and inside was earrings and a necklace.

I got up and took a shower, brushed my teeth and went back to his room. I put on white shorts and a loose blue top with my converse. And the necklace and earrings. I brushed my hair and just let in it's natural curls. I just applied eyeliner, mascara and lip-gloss. I wrote Chester a note saying thank you and if he wants to join us tonight we will be at  high blue. I left it on the bed and took my stuff and left to go to Maddie's house. I basically moved in there. Cause if I'm not with Chester, I'm there with her. Most of my stuff were there.

I got at Maddie's house and saw Sammy was there already too. I opened the door and went upstairs to her room. She and Sammy were laying on her bed talking and laughing.

"Hey girls." I said putting my things down.

"Hey babe." they both got off the bed and hugged me.

"Happy birthday." they both said.

I smiled. 

"Thanks."

They let go and Maddie sees the earrings and necklace.

"Ooh. Does this mean you and Mr. Bennington are official?"

"I don't know. He never actually asked me."

"Babe if he kisses you and calls you pet names and get you gifts with his name on it. It means your his girlfriend." 

She and Sammy both chuckles. I just smiled.

"You look happy." Sammy says.

"Guys. Working with him is great. And he treats me so well."

We hanged out for a while, chatting and laughing and gossiping. It was fun spending this alone time with them. 

"Jason and your brother wants to join us. Eddie called me and asked me if you are living with me. And I said you are. Just busy working."

"Yeah. I haven't been home since my dad hit me."

"I figured." 

"Thanks for covering for me."

"No prob babe." 

"Lets get ready." Sammy says jumping up and down.

They got boxes out. And hand it to me.

"Thanks." I chuckled.

I opened it and the one had a red dress in and the other one shoes. The shoes were from Maddie. I could tell. And the dress were from Sammy. 

"It's beautiful."

"Glad you like it cause you are wearing it tonight."

I chuckled. We got ready. Sammy did my hair and makeup. She straight it but curled it on the ends. She took my bangs to the side and straight it. (A/N: pic on top). My makeup was darker than usual. She puts on a darker shade of brown eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara, little bit of blush and a red lip-gloss. And I put the earring and necklace back on that Chester gave me. And just added gold bangles. 

It was 6 and Sammy took her keys and we all went down and got in the car. We drove to the club.

We went into the club and looked for Jason and Eddie. They were standing at the bar. They got shots at the bar and came to us. 

"Hi Emma. Good to see you are still alive and well." Eddie says.

I chuckled.

"Good to see you too Eddie."

Jason smirks at me.

"Happy birthday sis." Eddie hands me a shot.

"Um... Eddie..." he knows I don't drink.

"Just one Em."

I stare at the shot thinking, should I or not. While Eddie hands everyone a glass.

"Happy birthday Emma."

Oh what the hell. There must be a reason my dad can't leave this stuff. I took the shot. It was strong and makes me cough a little. 

"Do you want another one?" 

I nod and Eddie gets more shots. And we drank them. I showed Eddie no more. The shots were going to my head.

Maddie and Sammy grabs me and we went on the dance floor. We were dancing a while and Eddie comes with more shots. I took one more and danced some more. After a while I was drunk and I couldn't really dance anymore. I'm not used to drinking. I showed them I need some air. Jason wrap his arm around me.

"Let me help you."

"T-thanks." 

We went outside and I looked for my phone. I tried to see if I can find Chester's number.

"It's really hard to see what is going on on this thing." 

"You look really beautiful tonight." he says.

"Thanks." I said and kept searching for the number. I got it. And I was about to press call. But Jason pushed me up against the wall outside the club.

"J-jason." I looked at him shocked. Pressing the call button.
