"So, have you looked at any wedding dates?" Hunter asked quietly as we lounged on the couch. It was November, we have been engaged for a few months now and honestly, I felt like we were already married. We spent all of the past two weeks handing out demos and setting up meetings all while I still worked at the hospital and Hunter in his projects. I was really fortunate to have Hunter the on my side with his knowledge and the circle of professionals he has around him.

"Well, I guess we would both need to look at our calendars, where you're at..." I started. He cocked one eyebrow and turned his body to face me. "Well, like tour, festivals..." I shrugged, "You're a busy man, Hayes." I winked.

"Never too busy to marry you," he leaned forward to squeeze my shoulder and plant a kiss on my cheek. "There's no rush. I love having you here, I'm sure married life wont be that different. And who knows - you could be the busy one, you might have record labels throwing deals at you before you know it" I nodded, smiling at his positivity.

"Well, let's start with a season... How do you feel about the fall, say October?" I suggested. Hunter nodded,  "Yeah, October is nice. Not too hot, but usually dry." His voice trailed off as he slipped his phone out of his back pocket. I could tell he was looking for something by the way hes crunched his nose. After a few moments, he turned his phone toward me. "October twenty second."

I smiled and squeezed his hand. "It's a date."
