"Just Friends"

Chapter 1

LILLYS P.O.V

"WAKE UP! WAKE UP!" The voice was jumping on me then I knew it was Rachel, she was an early bird.
"Whhaaatttt?? I'm trying to sleep here!" I moaned
"Get up and get ready we're going to the beach!" She winked and disappeared into the hall.

After about 5 minutes of stretching I got up and went in the bathroom.
I turned the water on and started brushing my long brown hair. Then I heard her blasting 'Turn Down For What?' I chuckled. After undressing I stepped in the shower. I washed my hair then shaved my legs and pits. I stepped out of the shower and wrapped a towel around me and one in my hair. Then brushed my teeth when I was done I walked out of he bathroom and threw on my orange bathing suit, a loose white halter top and some light jean shorts.
"Lookin sexy" I heard Rachel say walking into the room in just her purple bathing suit. She was such a girly girl.
"Ha-ha thanks not too bad yourself." I told her.

I went in the bathroom and blow dried my hair. I didn't want to look bad. Finally I started straightening it to perfection.
"We're going to the beach lills." She told me.
"Yeah I know." I continued doing my hair.

Once I was done she was already ready. She was wearing her pink halter top with dark shorts and her pink Vans, ray-ban sunglasses and her hair in a messy bun. I quickly put on my white vans and made a little bag, I put a towel, some money, some head phones and my phone in the bag. She packed her own bag.

"Let's go, hurry up!!" She complained. I grabbed my bamboo longboard and she grabbed her galaxy penny board. We made it out to the street and the beach was 10 minutes away.

We picked a nice spot in between the volleyball courts and the water. And set our stuff down. We just sat and talked for a while. Then these boys with a volley ball came up to us.
"Hey you girls wanna play?" One of them asked.
"Do you wanna lose?" Rachel asked them.
"Let's see." They said pointing to the court.

*AFTER THE GAME*

"Told you, you would lose!" Rachel yelled from across the court as we made our way to our spot. "What time is it?"
"Ahh 5:30" I told her
"Shit." She mumbled and packed her stuff.
"What's the matter?" I asked
"I have to go to this thing with my parents. I'll see you later okay?" She said.
"No go ahead, face time me." I told her as she left.

I decided to stay a couple hours and I didn't leave till the sum was about to go down.

'Hey I'm going to be working late tonight' the text read. It was From My mom. I figured I could just cruise for a while.

I was cruising and I saw a frozen yogurt place and decided to stop in.
I got birthday cake, and coconut with the most random toppings. I sat down and began to eat, when I saw one of the boys we played against walk by. He looked inside and waved, I didn't realize how cute he was. He looked a little older than me.

I stayed at the frozen yogurt place until it closed around 9. Then I skated home. I ordered a pizza and caught up on pretty little liars on Netflix. I shortly fell asleep.

*THE NEXT DAY*

I woke up on the couch. My hair was up in a bun and I had a drool spot on the pillow. I was a mess but I wanted to go cruising again and get coffee. I ran up to my room and put on a blank tank top that had a white breast pocket and some white high waisted shorts. I tucked the shirt in and put on some all black vans and my ray-ban sunglasses. My hair was in a massy bun and I decided to use me black grip longboard. I slid my phone into my back pocket and some money.

I made my way to Starbucks. I got there and I ordered a Vinti caramel ribbon crunch frapachino. I headed back home crossing through this neighbor hood that had HUGE houses I wish I lived in them. I was skating and I saw the boy from the volleyball court. He was checking the mail.

"Hey!" I heard him yell, when I turned he was waving. I decided to get off and go say hi. I jumped off and started walking over to him.
"Hey" I replied.
"Nice board"
"You ride?"
"A little" he told me
"What's your name?" I asked
"Crawford Collins and yours?"
"Lilly Johnson" I smiled.
"Well Lilly Johnson would you like to come inside?" He pointed to the house.
"We just met"
"Here I'll tell you about me. Hi I'm Crawford collins I have a brother and a sister and I like vine, twitter, Instagram and anything that has to do with the internet." He told me "satisfied?"
"Yes actually." I told him

I followed him in side. The house was huge "here you can put your board over there with the others." He told me. I turned to my right and there were 4 longboards 2 trick boards and 4penny boards they were amazing. I set it down with them.

I followed him to this room it had couches, a huge TV and a couple games systems and a whole wall filled with shelves and movies.

"Hey what's today?" I heard Crawford yell. I looked around to see where he he was. I turned a corner and there was Crawford going through the pantry pulling out chips and stuff and throwing them on the counter.
"Ahh Saturday I think" I told him
"Would you like to one over tomorrow and film a YouTube video with me and my brother?" He asked
"Ahh yeah... Can I have your number?" I asked
"Yeah." He replied

He read his number off and then he skated me to the exit of his neighbor hood.

Once I was home, my mom wasn't there. So I decided to text Crawford.
