"Just Friends"

Chapter 7

CRAWFORDS POV

I looked up and saw Chris with his phone out. I got off of Lilly and stood up.
"Chris. Don't post that," I demanded
"Why?" He asked.
"Chris can we talk about this later. Just don't post that until we talk."
"Whatever bro. I was just coming to check on you. I didn't even get a picture. You moved."
"Thank you. And don't tell anyone please?"
"Sure man." He said as I got into the car. "Use protection!" He yelled as we drove off.

I look over and Lilly was bright red. I must admit she looked really cute in my hat and necklace. I put my hand on her leg but didn't look over.

Once we were at my house I ran inside to change into my solid black bathing suit.

LILLYS POV

After he disappeared inside I was looking around his car. I looked in the glove box just some CDs and charging chords. Center console just some chips and his wallet. I took his wallet out and opened it. I saw his drivers license. I couldn't help but to laugh at his picture. He was adorable. He had a couple gift cards and in the big pocket he had some cash and a condom. I started to laugh. You could tell he's had it a while the corners had none of the color on them. I heard his front door shut so I closed the big pocket and took his ID out.

"What do you have there?" He asked
"Your wallet"
" that's a horrible picture of me."
"You're adorable what are you talking about?" I told him. He took the wallet and put it back. We pulled out of the drive way and headed to the beach.

*AT THE BEACH*

We set our stuff down and took off my shorts and shirt, so all I had on was his hat his necklace and my bathing suit. I say down and put my glasses on.

"You look like a thug" a voice said I turned around and it was Chris.
"How so?" I asked
"You have a chain, a backwards SnapBack, and shades on" he explained. I just chuckled. After a minute of talking with him he went away then I got a text.

Rachel - hey so how is it with your new bf?

Me - he's not my boyfriend. Were just friends. But thank you for asking him out without seeing if I liked him. Your the bestest best friend ever. (Note my sarcasm)

Rachel - I don't think that's how you wanna talk to some one who has some serious dirt on you.

Me - what are you talking about?

Rachel - this *attachment*

Me - Where did you get that?

Rachel - I was at Stephanie's and I was in her driveway.

I threw my phone into my bag. Stephanie was my next door neighbor and Rachel got a picture of Crawford on top of me in his car.

"Hey what's the matter?" Crawford asked me.
"Nothing." I was beyond pissed.
"Tell me" he whispered getting closer. I couldn't help but to smile.
"Rachel has a picture of you on me. From earlier. She was at my neighbors house" I told him. "It's fine tho. If she posts it. I'm fine." I was trying to reassure myself.
"It's fine. Just relax and enjoy today." I sighed "let's go swimming but you have to leave the hat here." He told me as he took his shirt off.
"Okay"

We got up and he took my hand it was about 6 so there weren't as many teens there. Once I was up to my neck in water, and he was up to his chest he bent down to where you could only see his head. Since the sun was setting you couldn't see under the water. So he had his hands on my hips. I had to admit I was scared. I didn't want anyone to see because I didn't want a relationship.

CRAWFORDS POV

After a while of us standing like that she splashed me and started heading to the shore. I chased after her she got to where there was barely any water then turned around and splashed me again. I ran and picked her up by her legs and ran to our spot. She was kicking and screaming so when I laid her down she calmed down. But then I "accidentally" fell on her. She just laughed and pushed me over.
