Dear Hyemi,
Today, I heard you play the violin on TV. The way your bow slid on the strings. The way you passionately played each note. It was beautiful. Your performance was broadcasted on National TV. Congratulations, Hyemi. You've improved from the last time I heard you play even though I thought the last time was the best performance I've ever heard.
Love,
Kim Seokjin"Seokjin, do you want to hear me play my piece on the violin? I recently learned it so it won't sound as good because I still need to polish my playing." You shyly asked.
"I would love to hear it." I gladly accepted the offer to hear your wonderful playing.
"Okay." You nodded and began to play. The way you did your upbows and downbows were sharp and precise which made the notes sound clear and crisp. The way you did the staccatos were sharp enough to stab me in the heart with the feels. As the piece escalated, the notes became higher but with your playing, the notes on the E string didn't sound squeaky at all. At the end, you played the G Major chord and wrapped the piece up, making it sound complete and whole.
"WOW! THAT WAS AMAZING!" I complimented you. I gave you a thumbs up and you laughed at my reaction to your playing.
"Thanks, Seokjin." You smiled.
