she didn't know how to feel; how to react. her eyes ever so slowly shut as she let herself fall into him.
her hand tugs his hair as his entire arm wraps around her back, pulling her closer. the action wasn't hungry, it was passion and love. it was soft and sweet.
the two had to take a breath because indie's toes began hurting from standing on the tips of them to reach and they needed air. they were a mess of smiles, rosy cheeks, messy hair, and a passionate lust.
now they had to figure out their situation.
i mean, you can't expect to kiss someone and just leave it there. like nothing happened.
it was together or nothing.
of course she missed him, and it was obvious he missed her, so what do they do? they've hurt each other to many times. but maybe this was God's way of making them find a way back to each other. maybe all this time they just had to get through these challenges to see if they were meant for each other.
his hand leaves her back and he instead intertwines their fingers together. he leans his head against hers and the two smile.
"i missed you."
"i love you."
