The Undercover Princess

I was given 5 things.

A credit card, a cellphone(MY FIRST EVER!!!!!), 2 sets of keys, and a little slip of paper with an address on it. To wherre? I don't even know. My grandmums travel agent had already taken care of everything I was going to need, so I was told. I needed nothing else.

Last night, my hair stylist came into my room with hair dye.

"Oh Princess Lily, no need to worry your hair will still be beautiful when I'm done!"

" Im not worried, I-"

"This is going to be such a exciting trip! Please tell me every bit about America once you get back!"

"Okay, maybe I'll-"

" I think you make a great blonde!"

Couldn't get a word in. Eventually I stopped trying. My hair was pulled, poked and prodded. It was drenched to the core and my eyes stung from the heavy bleach. I got a lecture from her about the special shampoo I needed to use everryday so it wouldn't wash out and that every week or so I need to visit a salon to get it re-dyed. At the end, trust me, it was worth it. As she turned my chair to face the mirror, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was perfect, beautiful even. It was honey blonde with the low lights and highlights.  The light shone of it as my golden waves gently flowed down my back and shoulders, brightening and framing my face. It looked....natural even. I caressed it with my hands. Is this real? i thought.

"Well, do you like it, Princess?"

"I-I.."

"Speechless! Of course you love it! i am the best afterall." she said with a wink and walked out of the room."

"Thank you.." I whispered. Yes. She is the best.

I wandered into the part of the castle used for public veiwing. David and Kelly could be anywherre around here. This was our meeting place afterall. I tried find them in the crowd, craning my neck and walking around.

"Oof!" I cried as I crashed into someone.

"Hey! Watch where your going! I was reading this!" A man yelled as he angrily gestured to a little fact on the wall about when the castle was build.

" Oh, I'm Sorry..." I said laughing.

He didn't recognize me.

He didn't recognize ME.

AWWWWWWWWWW YEEEAAAAHHHHHHHHHH! SUCCESS!! The hair, normal clothes, and less makeup actually worked! My day was MADE! David didn't recognize me!!!!!

"You look like your meeting someone..?"

Oh, it was so hard to hold in my giggles.

"Yeah...I am" he said after his eyes nervously shifted.

It just couldn't let it end here! YOU CRAAZYY?

"Wouldn't it be so cool if the princess came down? She's, like, my idol. We are about the same age."

It just got better. Kelly rushed up to David. "David! Where is she? She's 5 minutes late!" Then she noticed me."Umm.. who's the kid? Get rid of her."

"Litte girl, I think it's about time you got back to your parents. Im sure they are really worried about you." he said gently.

"Oh they are!" I laughed.

They looked horrified! And destressed. They kept looking around, wanting to leave, but being polite.

"Okay. This has gone on far enough. Why don't I take you to the front desk and the nice man can annouce the names of your parents over the intercom?"

So we pushed on through the crowd to the main entrance. They hurried me up to the man with the intercom powers and told me to tell them my mum and pop's names. So i did, whispering of course.

"DAVID AND KELLY TO THE FRONT DESK PLEASE. DAVID AND KELLY COME RETRIEVE YOUR CHILD. DAVID AND KELLY."

I could not stop laughing hysterically as they dragged me to the airport.

Good? Some humor, maybe? anyways, i thought blake lively would be the perfect person to play Lily/Emily. Any other suggestions? Please share them! once again,  cover for the book would be awesome.
