Chapter Cinco

So we ended up playing Go-Fish instead since I didn’t know how to play Kings of Cups or whatever it was called, also because I didn’t like drinking games. However, they decided that they would play ‘an adult version of Go-Fish’, which, to my disagreement, we played anyway. It was like regular Go-Fish except they added a few rules, like every time someone told you to ‘Go-Fish’ you had to drink a shot of liquor as well as draw a card. Twos, Fives and Sevens were truth cards; you had to spew something about yourself. Aces, Jacks, Queens and Kings were dare cards, pretty self-explanatory. Threes, Sixes and Nines, you had to remove a piece of clothing; making Fours, Eights and Tens wild cards, the person to your right chooses what you do.

Ten minutes into the game, and already Carlie and Joseph were drunk off their rears. I crossed my fingers behind my back as I drew a card from the deck and looked at it. I groaned. A King! An effing King! Everyone looked to my right at Ariel who thought for a second before smiling. “Hand over your phone,” she grinned. I pouted as I pulled out my phone and looked at it before slowly handing it over to Ariel.

Ariel blushed, she looked down at the screen and then around before shoving the phone at Sam. He huffed and tossed it over to Angel and smiled. I looked at Angel, so did everyone else. We were all waiting for his reaction, but he just smiled and opened my phone. I saw his fingers taping against the screen before he pressed the side button – to lock it – and handed it over to me.

I immediately checked the message and groaned lightly seeing: ’Hey sexy kitten. Down to get freaky tonight? I’ll make it worth your while.’ With a little smiley face attached to it, was sent to everyone in my contacts – including my hip-not-really-hip grandma. I glared at Angel throughout the entire game after that.

Sam went next, and he pulled out a Nine. He grinned to himself as he pulled off his t-shirt, and I couldn’t help but stare. I looked over his muscled arms and shoulders before moving down his chest to his abs. I personally didn’t like the feel of huge muscles, but they were good eye candy. I heard someone clear their throat. “Um, Baby Jay, it’s your turn,” I heard Ariel’s voice from my other side. I looked down at her and frowned a little. She had gotten a card in return, not having to do anything.

I nodded a little before asking Sam for a three before getting anothing ‘go-fish’. Groaning, I picked up another card, scared about what it’d be. “Another dare!” Ariel cheered and looked around the room. “Angel, you do it this time,” she smiled.

I frowned at her. Why was he doing everything? I mean, sure he’s sexy as hell, but then again, so is Sam and Joseph in their own way. Hmm, now that I think about it, they’re all really different. Angel seemed to know what I was thinking because he sighed. “You guys are making me do all the dares,” he said.

Sam huffed and shook his head. “Alright, Baby Jay, I dare you to run around the house naked screaming ‘I’m a good time!’” he seemed so proud of his little idea, making me – yet again – groan as I got up and stripped.

That’s when I was forced to go home, though. Because my mom was throwing a major B.F – and no, not her boyfriend, I mean a bitch fit. So as I got dressed, everyone’s excitement seemed to die down some as they put away the alcohol and cards and handed me their phone numbers.

Angel walked me to the door with a small frown. “Sorry about getting you in trouble. We didn’t know your mom would take it badly,” he said sheepishly.

I scoffed and shook my head. “Don’t worry about it, my mom’s on her rag. She’ll get over it,” I grinned.

“Jason!” my mother screamed and Angel burst out into laughter, clutching his stomach.

“Your name is Jason?” he asked, laughing still.

Anger flew through me as I grabbed the front of his shirt and pulled him down to my level, glaring him in the eye. “Shut the hell up and never, ever call me that; got it?” I demanded and he blinked before nodding slowly. I smiled and kissed his cheek before pushing him away a little. “I’ll see you tomorrow Angie!” I called as I left.

On Monday, I woke up bright and early for school. I smiled at myself in the mirror as I fixed my hair and straightened my clothes out. “I’m sexy and I know it, unst unst unst unst,” I grinned, not really caring about the lyrics, and slipped my boots on. Hey, I was a flamer, don’t hate!

There was knocking at my door and I skipped over to it and opened it, smiling brightly at one of my best friends. “Cyndy! How was your weekend? Oh my GAWD! I have so much to tell you!”

My best friend laughed and nodded. “Alright, but before you start, does it have to do with the gorgeous piece of meat, across the street?” she asked and bobbed her head backwards. I looked over her shoulder, and sure enough, there was Angel getting into his car.

He wore a grey muscle shirt, white skinny jeans and a white and grey beanie on the top of his head. He looked Ah-MAZING! I wolf whistled and he looked back at me. I winked at him before he smiled to himself, a perfect set of white teeth shining in the morning light as he shook his head lightly and got into his car. I looked back over to Cyndy and nodded. “Indeed it does,” I grinned.
