Chapter 7

Inside Arena 

"I got ya puppy" I said with a smile on my face. I had the night fury. "come out now, john." I said, 

"No! What if your dragon skin me?" He asked, taking a peek but not making an attempt to get out of his dragon's back. 

"No, he wont" I said then turned to my night fury "Right bud?" I asked him and he nodded. "see? He won't hurt you,now"

He groaned and slowly step out of his dragon's back, staring at the Night fury then looking at me like I was insane. I smirked then turned to Gobber and gave him my thumbs up, I can see that he was happy and was calling for someone I guess he wanted to fix the door to get us out of here. I stopped scratching him and sat on a rock, patting the free space beside it inviting Johny to sit. He relunctantly starts walking and sat beside me. Now, all we needed to do was wait for the door to get fixed then were out of here.

"How long do we have to stay in here?" He asked me, looking at the dragons who were peacefully walking and flying. 

"Until the door is fixed, It's easy it will only take like a minute or two" I answered looking at the door and seeing the people wave at me. I heard a click on the door and slowly it opened, calling us outside. Johny ran to his dragon and climb on it's back, I called for Toothless and started walking, I dont know if he would let me ride on his back. He nudge me, I looked at him and he lowered his head down, he wanted me to ride him.

"Are you sure,buddy?" I asked and he looked up to me with puppy eyes and nodded. I smiled "Wait here. I'll be back" I said as I took off and went outside asking them for a rope, they panicked and gave me the rope. I happily ran back to Toothless and mounted his back using the rope as a support and to help prevent me from falling. "Okay, let's go" I patted his head and smiled. He lowered his body a bit before bolting up in the sky so fast while twirling like a mad man,

=Night=

It was night when I finally convinced Toothless to stop although he was stubborn, I managed. He is currently in the garage with Stormfly, and it looks like she caught his attention. 

"Quite a show you put there" Astrid said with a smile on her face, while sitting on the sofa drying her hair. 

"Thanks, I never knew I could do it, I really thought I was gonna die." I said with a small chuckle, rubbing the back of my head and walked closer to her, reached for the remote and opened to tv while sitting beside her.

"When you said that you were going for the Night Fury, I really thought you were just joking"

"I was." I said, "I guess it was Fate or something." I followed with a shrug. She laughed.

"What's his name?" She asked me, laying the towel on her shoulder giving me a full-view of her unbraided hair. It was beautiful, It looked like gold and it was shining, it looked so smooth and it made me want to touch it.. I didn't realize that I was already reaching for it. 

"What are you doing?" She asked looking at my hands with one of her brows upwards. My eyes widen and said "I-Im sorry, I-it just look-looked so smooth a-and it- it-- " I was about to continue but she cutted me off.

"Touch it." She simply said, I looked at her and quirked my brows upwards silently asking ''what?', she smiled. "You can touch it. I mean, it's just hair but don't pull it. Here." She said resting her head on my lap. I blinked so many times before hesitantly reached for her hair. 

My hands were trembling and sweats are forming to my forehead. What's wrong with me, I'm just going to touch her hair. I touched her hair and it was so soft, her expression relaxed and I continued to caress her hair as gently as I can, I could get use to it. I smiled. "So, is it soft?" She asked me with a smile staring at my eyes. My smile widened.

"So soft" I said my hands starting to play with her hair. She smiled and turned to the tv. then there were silence the only sound that is heard is the sound of the tv. 

"Hiccup, about what I said earlier.. I didnt mean it." She said. I needed to stop myself from making a sad face "It's okay. Who would want to date me.'' I said with a fake smile, Why is this getting to me so much. Do I like her? No, I can't fall for her. she sat up and stared at me like I was insane.

"What? What makes you think that? Your the hottest guy and also one of the smartest dude in school. Your honest, fun, cute,adorable and brave." 

"No, I'm not."

"Yes, you are"

"No, I.am.not''

"Yes.You.Are" She said slowly, I smirked and she looked at me confuse "Wha-what?"

"So what are you trying to say. You like me?" she went red, and punched me on my arm. "Hey!" I complained rubbing the part she punched. 

"So, I am right! You like me" I teased although it hurts, when I think that she doesnt like me. I don't have a chance. I dont like her so why am I hurt

"And If I do like you, what would you do?" She smirked now It's my time to turn red, what would I do.. what would I do.. Kiss you,date you, cuddle you,take care of you.No, you can't, Hiccup. For thor's sake you cant. "I have no idea." I answered with a small shrug while biting my lower lip she smiled and kissed me on my cheeks.. with a laugh

"You should've seen your face, it was so cute. I couldnt help it" She giggled and took off.. Leaving me frozen and wide-eyed.
