Chapter 4: The Dress

My parents were arguing over what married couples should do an what they shouldn't. They realized they shouldn't be together. What on earth?! would you not just figure out that while they were dating. Well either my logic is off or they are correct. It would be terrible if they were correct! Well maybe my Mom would realize she was wrong. Although that was a long shot.

~ Unexpected Time Skip!~

Erin's POV: ( also unexpected! life is full of surprises! XD)

We were at the mall when I got a text saying meet me at Kay Jewlers. It was from a unfamiliar number. I just shook it off and started walking. I heard footsteps follow me and when I turned around I found Michelle, Mackenzie, Izzy, Hollee, Sydney, Lily and Angela. I sighed a little in relief and a little in shock. I spun around and finally found my perfect boyfriend. He smiled and asked for my hand. I hoped he wasn't proposing. Don't get me wrong I love the guy, but it's a little early. I gave him my hand and he slipped the ring on it. a moment of panic swept over me.

" This is a promise ring. Will you go to prom with me. I ask because you are my star and no one shines brighter than you." He spoke so softly and swiftly. How could I say no?

" Yes! I love you to!" I yelled. I didn't care how many people stared all I knew is I love this man to bits and pieces.

" I didn't say I love you."

" Well you did now!"

I kissed for like a very long time. I wasn't keeping track but we all knew Sydney was.

Michelle's POV:

We walked into David's Bridals ( I know it is prom but they got cute dresses). The whole way there Sydney kept saying "You kissed for like 5 minutes!!"

"We know!" we all said aloud.

When we got out of the car, we were the most excited people ever. Wait wait let me rephrase that, they were the most excited people ever. Me personally I ain't no girly-girl. I don't do make-up, high heels etc. Yeah so shopping with these girly-girls shall be fun.

Naomi's POV: surprise surprise!!

I am a terrible friend! Why did I do that?! I need to apologize.

Michelle's POV:

I have been sitting here for hours. The girls found their dress, but I am dreading to find mine. Here is what they chose

Sydney- Red

Izzy- Yellow

Lily- Orange

Mackenzie- Blue

Angela- Indigo

Erin- Purple

Hollee- Black

See they all chose both A: there favorite color and B: the colors of the rainbow. Now the only color left is Green and also that's my favorite color. Oh and their dresses are the same style. I tried to play it off cool like I had gotten mine.

" Okay! Are y'all ready?"

That didn't work. They all stared expressionless at me and kinda like I forgot something. Just then Carter walked in with all the guys following inches behind. He smiled at me and I smiled shyly back.

" Hey! I have something for you!" you could here awes from the 'peanut gallery'. I blushed a tad bit. And he handed me the most, most, unexplanitory dress I've ever seen. I felt tears form in my eyes.

" Hey, don't cry!"

"I have never had anyone buy me such a beautiful dress" then the ocean ran out of my eyes. He reached for my hands and kissed me it was like I was given a whole new life.
