Sophia's POV
If I were to change one thing from my past, it would be to have never accepted Jason as anything. As harsh as that may sound, I dont think anyone likes to be taken away from their home just to be forced into a romantic relationship that they themselves choose to not have.

If that's not you, well, this is me. And I just grew 10x more hate for Jason.

He has not beaten me nor locked me in a metal room. But he has trapped me in a room that has a balcony with glass doors that gives me a beautiful view of the different city that we are in, of course those balcony doors are locked. The room also has a queen sized bed with white sheets and a random piano too.

The room was big as well. It was no small space place. It was apartment sized in a way. All I knew about where I was is that I was kept in a room that was oddly safe and comforting and I was indeed in a building, or else I would not be able to see that sky line or the lights from the city.

Though, as beautiful as my view was or as amazing as my surroundings were, I didn't give one shit about it. I wanted to be home where I was safe and at least a house away from my boyfriend. I wanted to be with my brother and Alissa-- why was I in this position?

I was sitting in one of the corners of the room in a ball. I had an oversized hoodie on that covered almost my whole body, though it was not the hoodie I had on previously. I had on small shorts on that covered not even part of my legs and my stomach felt note twisted then usual.

Not only was I cold in a big room, I felt sick to the pit of my stomach and bring pregnant didn't help at all either. I tried to remain still in my position as I sat on the floor trembling, but it almost seemed impossible.

My stomach turned and turned until I felt the food that I had eaten last night come up and spill out my mouth, landing on the floor beside me. I kept throwing up until there was no more and then the door to the room opened.

I looked up and saw a young girl who looked to be around her late teens or early 20's. Her lips were tainted red with her lipstick and her body was covered by a maid uniform with the colors white and black. Her hair was up in a neat bun and overall, she looked shy and small.

"Are you okay, Ms. Sophia?" She spoke softly, referring to my sickness. I nodded slowly and looked down at the mess I have made.

"Yeah. Sure." I say and look up at the girl. She lightly smiled at me walking over in my direction.

The maid helped me up to my feet and helped me over to the bed where I sat down.

"I will clean that up-"

"Oh God no. That is disgusting-no." I say and she smiled.

"Its okay. This is my job, Ms. Sophia." The girl speaks and I nod.

"Who do you know my name?" I ask and she sits next to me.

"Mr. Rivers, or Jason, as you call him, informed me about you and now I must care for you and take care of all your needs." She explained.

"What's your name?"

"Melody Fall." The maid, Melody, said.

Her name was beautiful and this girl was too good to be working for Jason. He must be really horrible to her.

"Where am I?" I ask.

"I cant give you that sort of information, but for the most part, you are safe, Ms. Sophia." Melody says and I nod.

Melody gets up and starts to clean up my throw up with no whine or complain. The girl is really nice and hopefully she is not just pretending that kindness.

Once Melody was done, she walked out the room and walked back in minutes later with a tray of food. She set the tray on the bed and smiled at me.

"Breakfast." She says and I chuckle a little and picked at the food.

"Thank you, Melody." I say and she nods, almost about to walk out the room. "Wait! Please, stay." I say and Melody almost looked shocked at my pleas. Soon, her eyes soften and she sat right next to me as I ate a piece of my food.

"Why are you here?" I question breaking the silence.

"I should as you, but it's the not first time Mr. Rivers brings some girl here to his place. But I dont think you're just a one night stand." Melody says and I laugh.

"Girls actually come after him? Wow. Well, I think he kidnapped-"

"He did. He walked in with guys behind him and you in his arms. He informed me to not tell you where you are and to not let you escape on my watch nor let you near the phones."

I was shocked, but I wasn't. I didn't know why I wasn't being scared, but I guess its because I expected this from him. Though, even if I did expect it, I cant just sit around and not at least try to get home.

"I dont want to be here, Melody. Please." I say, setting my try somewhere else. "I am pregnant with a boyfriend and Jason took advantage of me and my boyfriend fighting, so he took me. I dont love Jason. That's why he is doing this. You have to help me. Please." I begged to the girl and her eyes sadden with guilt.

"I- I dont know..." Melody whispers and shakes her head.

"Please..." I say, this time setting my hand on top of hers.

Her eyes met mine and I knew she was sensing the pain that I was feeling. She was young and even clueless. She could easily help me with just a bit a begging. Even then, I knew Jason had scared the crap out of her.

"Okay. I can help you."
