Sophia's POV
After spending almost 4 days in the hospital, I was being discharged. Finally. Logan was here helping me pack up everything that I had and once we were done, we waited for the doctor to come and give us our discharge papers. As I sat there on the end of my former hospital bed, I started to remember how the last time I was in a hospital, I was basically alone with just my brother. Now, I have Logan with some much support from others. Different feelings. Different energy. I like it.
"Are you taking this?" I hear Logan ask and I turn my head to face him and see him holding up the rose Chloe gave me. My body stiffens and I scratch the top of my head,
"Yeah, sure." I say and he gives me a small smile as he places the rose on top of my things. I kept my eye on that white rose until the door opened and the doctor walked in with a clipboard in his hands.
"Well, Sophia, you are free to go. Here are your medications-" the doctor hands the medications to Logan, "and here are your papers." he lasts says and then a nurse walks in with a vase full of white roses. My jaw drops.
"Sorry to bother, but someone just dropped off these beautiful-"
"Who?" I cut off the nurse and she looks at me.
"Some guy." She says and hands me the roses.
I turn the vase of roses around looking for a note and then I spot a white folded piece of paper. I grab the paper and opened it.
Hi, baby girl.
I heard that you got yourself into some mess other than living with that blondie. What a shame. I hope you feel better though. There is also I've been meaning to tell you.You can run. But you cant hide.
~J
There was only one person that I knew with a "J" that would say such thing. Jason. Suddenly, I dont feel comfortable in this room jor in this hospital. I wanted out.
"Let's go, Logan." I say as I grab the note and throw the flowers in a trash can near by. Logan, confused, took my things, said goodbye to the Doctor and nurse, and then followed right behind me.
We got inside the elevator and once the doors shut, Logan looks at me with an innocent face that had splattered confusion on it.
"What's wrong?" He asks and I shake my head.
"We need to get out if here, and quick. What car did you bring?" I ask.
"The Cool Bus." Logan replied and I furrowed my eyes as I look at him, wondering why he would bring a bus to a hospital, and how many parking spaces he took up.
The elevator doors opened and we both rushed out.
"Bye, Sophia!" The downstair front desk ladies called out and I simply ignored them. I was in no mood to be in a good mood right now.
Both me and Logan got into the bus and he got into his driver's seat, starting up the bus. I settled down in the back and reviewed the rare note again. As we started to drive, I looked over at the blonde choch.
"Have you heard anything about Jason?" I asked randomly and Logan looked to the back and met eyes with me for a split second.
"Why would you be asking about that dickhead?" He questioned and I faced the note to him, moving myself in a specific angle, so that I was visable to him through the rear view mirror.
Logan looked at the mirror when we came to a red light and saw the signature at the end. We met eyes again and you could see the worry grow in him.
"How would he know that I got into an accident and how would he know what hospital I was in." I say and Logan starts to drive again.
"I dont know-"
"What if Jason is out of jail and Chloe is helping him contact me so that she can get you and him me." I say and Logan gives me a weird face.
"You're fucking crazy. Why would Jason even be looking for you? Plus, it's too early for him to be out if jail and dont put Chloe into this." Logan says and I cross my arms.
My attitude that was very well know to him and his whole god damn world was starting to come out. I didn't like being a bitch or a jealous freak, but when it came to topics that ruined my life, it was a no no.
"Why are you defending her?" I say and Logan sighs.
"I'm not defending her. I'm just saying that she wants peace and we need to at least try to have peace with her."
"She fucking gave me a white rose and told me the exact same thing you told her before you two broke up! C'mon, Logan! Dont be that fucking blind!" I yell and the bus comes to an immediate stop. I jerk forward and land on my knees since I didn't have a seat belt or anything.
Logan faces me with slight anger and annoyance. One of his hands rest on his knee while the other points at me. His starts to speak, his voice trying to stay calm and respectful.
"She was being generous. She doesn't even remember what happened-"
"Oh really? And how do you know that Mr. Fucking Paul?" I say getting up from my knees, standing up.
Logan angrily stands up and opens the bus doors. He stares at the doors for a long few seconds and then calmly says, "Leave."
I could feel my heart being pulled harshly by his words. He has never kicked me out of his own vehicle before and I was shocked myself for even seeing that this was actually happening.
"A-Are you serious? I just came out the hospital-"
"And yet that still doesn't stop you from being a total bitch and accusing people of doing bizzard crap after being discharged from the hospital. So, tell me, Sophia, why should that stop me from kicking you out and being a dick?" Logan says.
Tears start to form in my eyes but I blink them away and nod at his reply. I gathered my belongings in places anything that could fit in my bag. I started walking to the doors and in seconds, I was walking out the doors.
I started to walk down the road when I heard the bus start to drive again and it catches up to me. The doors were open and I see Logan there.
"Babe, get in. I'm sorry. I was in the moment." I hear Logan say and I fake a laugh.
"Well, I guess I am in the moment too. Kiss my ass, Logan Alexander."
