Logan's POV
"Ice cream. That's all I wanted! How hard is that to process?! What an idiot." Chloe yelled taking her tub of her ice cream upstairs and slamming the door shut.

I sighed and took all of the extra treats inside the walk in pantry and set them in an empty spot. I walked out the kitchen and went to the living room, sitting down on the couch and then scrolling through my social media.

Suddenly, an unexpected notification came through.

Instagram:
@itsSophia just posted a new photo!

I felt my heart jump when I saw the notification and I was quick to click on it.

@itsSophia: I didn't wake up like this and I also didn't wake up alone

@itsSophia: I didn't wake up like this and I also didn't wake up alone. Time has flown by like crazy and honestly, still cant say where i'm at. Just know that i'm breathing and that its not so hard to be able to find me. I love you.

I was quick to send her a direct message. But once I pressed send, it gave me the notification that I have been blocked. I stared at my screen dumbfounded, frozen.

I tried to press on her account, but then a message came up and read that her account no longer was found. I felt tears fill in my eyes and I didn't know what to do.

"Logan?" I hear Chloe say from on top of the stairs. I remember the deal that we made almost a month ago and blink away my tears as I shut off my phone, looking up at her.

"What's up?"

"I'm sorry for how I overreacted. I love you. Can you bring up the doughnuts?" She says sweetly. I force a smile and send her a small nod.

That night, I couldn't sleep very much. I tossed and turned like never before. I had many questions and wonders roaming in my mind that needed answers, but somehow, I wasnt half worried about getting those answers in my hands soon.

I turned my head to look at a sleeping Chloe. She turned away from me and I sighed, remembering how Sophia would be so clingy to me when we would sleep. It felt like the most comfortable touch anyone could ever recieve.

I was kicked out of my thoughts when I hear my phone start to vibrate repeatedly on my nightstand. I look over to the bright screen and see that a private number is calling me. I decline the call and look back up at the ceiling, trying to catch some sleep for tomorrow.

Once my eyes are fully closed, my phone starts to vibrate again. This time, only once. I looked at my phone again with slight frustration and see a message from a private number.

New Message from: Private Number
Answer the phone, Logan. I know you're up. You wont regret it.

I looked at my screen for a few seconds before seeing an incoming call coming through. I look over at Chloe and then stand up from my side of the bed, quietly stepping out the room.
