"What else do you like to do?" I asked him.
"I like to draw and play baseball. Oh! I used to play the piano too. You?" he replied
"I like to go rock climbing, write, and listen to music mostly... Why did you stop playing the piano?" I asked him.
"Well... I, uh. its-" He began, stuttering.
"It's okay, you don't have to tell me," I finished for him.
"...but i would like to know," I continued.
"Well... it's kind of a long story," he said back, uncertainly.
"Well, you're in luck. I don't think I am going anywhere anytime soon," I said, looking down at the hospital sheets.
"Actually, you are," he replied back.
"Wait.. what?" I asked confused.
"You have an MRI set for 11:00," he said, glancing up at the clock. I looked at the clock too, and it was already 11:00.
"It's 11:00,"
"Well, we better get going then," he replied. He stood up, stretched, and then reached for my hand to help me up.
I stood up, and I got so dizzy i felt the gravity pulling me closer to the white tiled floor. I put a hand on my head and realized i didn't hit the floor and it was because daniel was still holding onto my hand.
"Are you okay" Daniel asked
"No" I said scared.
I almost fell to the ground but Daniel pulled my hand upwards and put me back on my feet.
"You can let go of my hand now"I told him trying to make it less awkward.
"Are you sure you are okay, or do you want me to put you on the bed" he asked me while gently letting go of my hand.
"I want to stand...I want to stand!" I said eagerly.
