(WhY am I DoInG this? I don't know. I just thought that maybe, aha, I should! DON'T JUDGE.)

Your application was finally complete, finally, you'd hopefully be able to sign up for the job. You found a school that literally had only one teacher. If you couldn't get into it... Well, then you must pretty much be a failure! You smiled in success as you showed your papers proudly to your new boss. He liked your enthusiasm, he had hoped that maybe someone would be willing to show themselves in this establishment and would be able to increase the value of this place.

"Would you like a tour around our fine school?" You were asked, and you nodded. You'd need to know the ins and the outs of this place for sure, and it shouldn't hurt to figure it out now. Hopefully. (Hahaha.)

The halls were oddly cramped, this school must have been lowly incomed by the looks of it. But you couldn't really complain, as you had been backed down in each job that you had tried to sign up for. Why? It must be the lack of experience, if anything. You took a long, deep breath, as you followed your new boss. He showed you around, and suddenly someone had ran into you. A young little girl, about half your size, showed up in front of you. She wore a red t-shirt, and blue jeans. But the oddest factor was the fact that she had no eyes, and messy black hair. Your eyes widened at the sight, and right when you were about to open your mouth, it was covered,

"Shh, don't worry about it too much... She had been... Attacked at a young age... It's a very stressful thing that she had to go through from her parents." He whispered to you, and you seemed to have understood. Was she going through abuse? How'd she lose both of her eyes?

"I want to play with someone!" She yelled out, looking around, knowing that you both were there just by the noise that you both had made.

"Not right now, go to the lunch room. Get something to eat, it's good for you..." He yelled out to the child, and she nodded. She ran by both of you and into the lunch room.

Meanwhile, you walked by each classroom, and took note of the numbers. Each room had the number '99' marked by it. Strange, indeed. But perhaps there was something important to that factor? You had hoped so. You were too concentrated to ask the principal that was by you down the halls. He stared at you, before suddenly speaking up,"You do know our rules in the halls, yes?" Your thoughts were interrupted by him. You turned your head towards him,"I don't believe you told me anything about it." You told him. It was true. You weren't told about the rules...

"There's no running, no entering faculty, no eating, no drinking, no escaping detention, and... Of course, no fourth wall breaks." He spoke to you.

You chuckled,"So, basically, no surviving?" You furrowed your eyebrows in confusion. You were given a serious stare, before getting even more confused. No fourth wall breaks? What in the world does that mean?

--Timeskip--

"Now that you had a proper tour of the school... I'd like you to meet our staff." The principle spoke out, almost sounding monotone and bored. Boy, oh boy, you were waiting for this moment,"I'm afraid there's very few for you to meet, of course." He spoke, and you nodded in response.

After sometime, you had approached someone, he was bald, besides one strand of brown hair. It was rather peculiar, as, well, you'd think by society, it'd be different. But, never mind that! He wore a green sweater, and... surprise surprise, even more blue jeans! He stared at you with a permanent smile on his face,"Hello there! I am Mr. Baldi! And you are?" He asked, waving, or more so, breaking his arm in greeting. (I mean, ahem, totally not breaking his arm or anything.)

You waved back at him in greeting! You smiled in return, with his unsettling, permanent smile,"Hey! My name is Y/N!" (Aka, your name.) You observed the room he was in, and saw something on the chalk board. 'Math = More math = math math math math!' You rose a brow in concern... But nonetheless. You really had no choice but to get along, so I suppose i'd be assisting a math teacher? No matter. I'd have to deal with that.

"Is there anyone else I need to meet?" You looked towards the principle, in which he stared at you, blankly.

"No, actually. This is the only staff we have. We have a couple students, that girl you saw, call her Playtime. There will also be a boy in the halls, call him the bully..." He said. Those were odd nicknames, but you didn't argue,"And if you see a... Um..." The principle's face suddenly turned to one of confusion, for a second, wondering what he was trying to explain,"A sock puppet... don't mind them. They're shy, really..." He said, looking at the ground.

"What do I call you?"

"Just call me... The Principle of the Thing..." He spoke out, looking back up at you.
