Love, Just Love Away

When Will You Realize?

Darcy's Pov:

After Jane and Thor left, I went over to Loki who was leaning on he counter. Loki had his arms crossed and was staring at his feet.

"You kissed me. Why?" I ask him. I'm kinda nervous to see what he says. Verbally and facially.

"I think you are beautiful. That's why." Loki said. How does that answer my question? I think to myself.

"Do you like like me?" I ask him. Please say yes, please say yes, I thought.

"When will you realize how much I care about you?" Loki said with a smirk. I felt butterflies in my stomach and inside I leapt with joy.
There is a long silence and I come up with a great pickup line.

"Hey, do you have a bandaid? Cause I scraped my knee falling for you." I say hoping he understands it.
Loki blushes and tries to hide his emotions, but fails horribly.

"What do you wanna do now?" I ask. He gives me a smile. A hearty one. One that is goofy and a bit big for his face.
I slowly walk up to him (since I was a few feet away from him). I then lean my body onto his, our torsos against each other. I look into those beautiful blue-green eyes, and find myself kissing his red, thin lips.
Loki kisses me back, passionately. We stand there for at least a half hour.

Once Loki stops kissing me for a minute, we both look at each other with loving eyes. His hands move towards my butt and my eyes stop growing wide once I realize that he's going to carry me to my bed.

"I love you, Darcy." He says. My legs wrap around his waist and I lean my head onto his shoulder like a five-year-old.
"I love you, too, Loki." I say in return.

Loki lays me down in my bed and sits at the side of it, facing me. He brushes hair out of face and kisses me. I pull his neck down and wrap my arms around it. Once he is close enough to my body I move over so he can lay down.

I lean into his chest. Rising, then falling. And our heartbeats and breaths become synchronized.

I fall asleep dreaming of the two of us.
