"Is there anyone here with us?" Whispers a young man, wearing ripped black jeans, and a "misfits" sweater. His bright green hair sticks out of his maroon beanie, resembling a turtle in its shell. He holds out his "recorder" which is really just an app on his iphone.
"Michael, stop messing around!" A girl says, and elbows the green haired kid in the rib, making him wince.
"What? I thought we came here to communicate with the dead?"
"We did, but we have to wait for Luke and Calum first. Calum's bringing the ouija board, right?"
"Yeah, that's what he said." Michael put his arm around the girl, bringing her closer to him. He started to kiss her neck, but she pushed him away.
"Knock it off! This place gives me the creeps." The girl wraps herself in her own arms and shutters as she glances around the lobby of the abandoned hospital.
"You don't seriously believe in ghosts, do you?" Michael scoffs. He sat on the old wooden chair behind the front desk.
"Of course I do, you don't?"
"Of course not. There's no such things as ghosts."
"Michael, you believe in aliens."
"Well, duh, Molly, Aliens are real." Molly rolled her eyes at Michael, who pulled her down so that she sat on his lap.
"Where's your proof that Aliens exist?"
"Where's your proof that ghosts exist?"
Suddenly, a boy pushed through the hospital doors, holding up a ouija board while shouting, "Here is your proof!"
Molly and Michael both jumped, startled by the boys sudden appearance. The boy burst into a fit of laughter as he stuck the board under his arm pit.
"Ah man, you should see the look on your faces!" The boy joked, and clapped his hands together.
"Shut up, Calum."
"Yeah, seriously, it wasn't that funny."Molly mumbled.
"No, it really was. Woo, man. It's like you guys saw a-"
"Ghost?" Another boy seemed to appear out of nowhere, making Calum jump, scream like a preteen girl, and drop the ouija board. Michael, Molly, and the new boy started laughing so hard, Michael started to choke.
"Ha ha ha ha." Calum rolled his eyes, and picked up the ouija board from off the ground. He wiped some dirt and dust off of it, with the sleeve of his sweater.
"Nice of you to finally show up, Luke." Molly punched Luke's arm jokingly. Luke grinned and shrugged his shoulders.
"Sorry, I had a few things to take care of first."
"Were they more important than joining your friends in an abandoned hospital to preform a seance?" Michael joked.
"Yeah, I had to preform an exorcism on my little sister." Luke grinned. Molly laughed, making Luke grin wider.
"Enough talk, are we going to do this or not?" Calum started to wander off. Michael rolled his eyes and took Molly's hand.
"Honestly guys, this is a bad idea. We really shouldn't mess with this kind of stuff." Luke bit his lip.
"Luke, don't be a chicken." Calum hollered over his shoulder as he started to walk up the spiral steps to the next floor.
"I'm not a chicken, I just know for a fact we shouldn't be doing-"
"BUCKBUCKBUCKBUKAWWW." Michael started to make chicken noises.
"Alright, alright. But I warned you."
