"hey, corinna?" i knocked on her door. she was fixing her bathing suit in the mirror. "i just wanted to come talk to you. i feel like you're the only one i haven't really met."

she smiled and invited me in. "hey," i was already in my bathing suit. "this is actually perfect because i wanted to talk to you about something."

i nodded, wondering what it could be. "so, i know you and toddy are, you know, and nobody- including me- would say anything to anyone, but i am kinda into him," corinna looked at me. "not enough to date him, so that's why i'm not mad or anything. i don't care what you guys do, but maybe just not overboard in front of me?"

"i mean, yeah, totally," i smiled. "i have a boyfriend-"

"yeah, todd knows that, we know that, that's why we don't say anything," i watched her put her hair up. "but he likes you, and todd does what he wants. and if i were you- i would roll with it."

i nodded and we walked out together. todd handed zane a beer as he looked at me. we walked out the pool, the water was so refreshing because of how hot california is, even in december.

corinna went to talk to alex as toddy came out and put his hand on my hip. they already put music on and todd has a small beer in his hand. "do you want some?" i shook my head no.

eventually, we all got in the water. i was talking to liza, david's girlfriend. she was really chill and a lot different from her videos. toddy came over. "sorry, i'm gonna steal her for a little." i rolled my eyes with a smile as he pulled me away.

"yes?" i asked, holding the hands that were around me. he shrugged, pulling me into him. "i don't know, we haven't talked much today." "yeah, cause every time i'm with you, my boyfriend is in a pissy mood."

toddy rolled his eyes. "oh, well." i looked and saw corinna felt kinda bad, though he turned my head and placed his lips on mine. i wrapped my arms around his neck and smiled while he traced my lip with his tongue.

"okay," i said, giggling and pulling away. he started to kiss my neck. "todd, no. if ethan sees that he'll freak."

he finally pulled away, groaning. "you're the one who was all like 'don't break up with him' blah blah blah" i smirked, resting my head in his shoulder.

toddy lifted my legs and wrapped them around him, holding me. "yeah, but hickeys are my thing," "well, you can't give me any on my neck." "but other places?"

i laughed, leaving innocent, baby kisses on his neck instead. he had his hands on my butt as he dunked me under. "todd!" i yelled, coming back up. he smiled wide as he laughed. "aw their first fight!" the guys joked.

i splashed him a few times before fixing my hair. "let's go inside." he whispered in my ear. i looked at him and he nodded. i groaned, following him out.

"it's getting cold, anyways," i laughed as we walked into his room. he shut the door. "what did we come inside for?"

he quickly connected our lips and used his hands to pull me against him. i giggled, running my fingers through his hair and starting to pull. in reaction, he bit down on my lip and grabbed me tighter.

i nearly fell at his feet and he used the time to wrap his tongue with mine. i fell back on the bed and he stood over me. he started to kiss my neck and work his way down.

i lightly jumped as my phone started ringing considering i haven't been on it all day. i reached over, watching him bite the skin around my chest. it was ethan calling and my eyes widened.

"toddy, hold on," i hit the green button. "stop." i whispered. "hey, love!"

"hey," ethan said. i could hear his laugh. i bit my lip while todd was breathing heavily. "i just wanted to say i'm sorry for everything."

i furrowed my eyebrows. "about what?" "i don't know. i guess everything with toddy. it's not even a big deal." i mentally slapped myself as i looked down to see toddy resting his head on me. "don't even worry about it. we're good friends and that's all."

"what are you up to?"

"um," he played with the hem of my bathing suit. "i just came inside from swimming, we might film a little. it's getting kinda late."

"you're not staying over, are you?" he asked.

i licked my lips. "no, not that i know of," i laughed. "everyone's coming inside now and it's about to get loud. i'll call you when it's chill?" "yeah, text me." i hung up and took a deep breath.

"so, where did we leave off," he chuckled. i shook my head. "can we just make out for a little instead. i'm kinda thrown off that he called." he looked up at me before standing up.

he tossed me a t-shirt of his that went down to my knees and boxers, then went to bathroom to change, himself. toddy came back in, dressed in sweats and no shirt while i was wearing what he gave me with my hair in a low bun.

"c'mon." he smiled, laying in bed, and patted the spot next to him. i slowly got under the covers before he wrapped his arms around me and kissed my head.

maybe he's a lot more mature than i thought.
