Chapter 16

Tyson had fallen asleep when we were talking. We snuck out just as they were finishing the singalong. Wally ran by quickly.
"No" I whispered but I was too late
Almost everyone with turned. even the smallest movement distracted most demigods because of our ADHD. Percy and I froze. A few kids stood and came over. I crossed my hand quickly and my suit disappeared.
"Gosh Annabeth you scared us" Michael yew said
"Sorry I heard something" I said "I was checking it was just Percy."
Percy popped his head up.
"Sorry I lost my ring." Percy said "I was looking for it" he held it up
Jake mason looked at the gloves on our hands. I realized how stupid we must look in the middle of summer wearing gloves.
"Why do have gloves on" Jake asked
"Our hands are cold" Percy said
"Both of yours?" Jake asked
Before I could say anything Percy replied
"Yes"
"Okay" Michael said
They turned back to the fire and walked back.
"Seaweed brain" I rolled my eyes "let's go"
"Okay" we walked away and waited a minute to get our suits on.
I crossed my hands.
We met Wally on the top of the hill.
"Okay in exactly one minute five seconds" I said "run that way"
"Okay thanks for your help guys" he said
"Wait if only Wally is going why do we need to be in our suits?" Percy asked
"Well I need to get back at the Hermes cabin for something" I said
"What did you do with Annabeth Chase?"Percy asked "maybe I'm rubbing off on you"
"No because I'm getting revenge not being stupid" I said "besides it was Dick that gave me the idea."
"Well-"  I cut him off
"five...four...three...two...one...now" I said
He sprinted off. Fire flared up. He was gone.
"Well" I said "that's that"
"So now what"
A blur rushed by
"Um we find a new equation" Wally stopped
"Let me think" I said
"I have an idea" Percy said "Wally how would you feel about getting attacked by a bunch of well trained sword wielding magical kids?"
"Sounds fun" Wally shrugged
"I will never understand boys" I muttered

Percy told Wally to run in. Not anywhere over a hundred. Wally would then explain he's kid flash. He would wear his suit when he ran in but no one would be told his real name.
"This is one of your better plans Percy" I said sarcastically
"So it's a good plan?" He asked
I sighed
I gave Wally the signal after Percy and I had put our things in our cabins.
Wally ran in and people jumped up and grabbed weapons. He slowed to a stop surrounded by everyone.
"Um I think I'm on the wrong earth." He said 
"Who are you?" Someone called
"Oh I'm kid flash you may have heard of me" he said
