The next day I woke up early, got changed and left a note for Roxy.

I put my shoes one, grabbed my bag and walked around school looking for Fairy Godmother. When I found her, I ran over and called her name. "Fairy Godmother!" I yelled. She turned around with a bright smile. "Hello dear, how can I help you?" "We all know that family day is coming up and I think it would be great if the Isle of the Lost children could possibly video chat their parents." She smiled and nodded. "What a wonderful idea Bella!" She said, "come by later and you'll be able to present the gift." I smiled and said, "Thank you Fairy Godmother." "Anytime dear, give this to your teacher and come by my class" she gave me a permission slip and I put it in my bag, I walked back to my dorm I went in and I saw Roxy working on her hair. "What did Fairy Godmother think about your idea?" she asked. "She loved it" I said, "I have a permission slip to leave class so I can be there." "That's great!" She said, "ready to go?" "Yep."

We left our dorm and went to breakfast, meeting up with the others. We sat down at our usual table and I felt an arm go around my shoulder. I turned my head to see my brother, I smiled at him and he did the same in return. "Mal told me about you and Carlos" he said. "So, am I going to get a speech now?" I asked. "No" He laughed, "but if he hurts you, I'll kill him." "And there it is" James said laughing. "Oh, shut it at least her brother cares" Roxy said. "I care! I just happen to like Jay so I won't give you crap about him." "Robert!" She yelled. I jumped and the whole table laughed as the sibling's fight. "Speaking of lover boy" James said laughing. We all looked over and saw that Mal, Evie, Jay, and Carlos are in fact coming over. Roxy pushed James off the bench and he fell on the ground. "That hurt" he said standing up. We laughed some more and the four friends took their seats. Mal sat with Ben, Carlos sat with me, Jay with Roxy and Evie with Maddie. "Morning beautiful" Carlos said kissing my cheek and wrapping his arm around me. "Good morning" I said. "Why hello to you too Carlos" Ben said putting his arm around Mal. "Hey Ben" Carlos said nervously taking his arm away. "He won't do anything" I said giggling grabbing Carlos's hand. "At least not yet" James said. "Can it Robert!" Roxy said hitting her brothers arm. "Geez! No need to be so aggressive" he said.

As fast as that time flew by and before you and I knew it; it was time for classes. "We'll see you guys later" Mal said leaving with the others following her. Carlos gave me a kiss and said his goodbye, soon all of us went our separate ways. I gave Mrs. Porter my note and she let me leave the class. I walked into Remedial goodness 101 just as Fairy Godmother was getting the descendants attention. "Children, attention please!" She said walking down the aisle and between the desks. She saw me and smiled, "Come in Bella." I walked in and smiled at the four. "Um, as you know, uh, this Sunday is family day at Auradon prep. And because your parents can't be here due to, ah, distance, Bella arranged a special treat for you all" Fairy Godmother said. I smiled at the four and walked up to a large TV, I turned it on, revealing an image of Maleficent. "I don't see anything, nor do I hear..." Maleficent said while backing away from the screen revealing The Evil Queen, Jafar, and Cruella. Fairy Godmother motioned for the four to come over. "Kids!" They came over and Carlos stood by me holding Dude, I smiled at him and he smiled back. "It's-it-is- "Maleficent said shaking the screen. "Press enter" Jafar said. "May I see the remote" Maleficent said angrily taking it away from Cruella. "Is this thing on?! It's broken! I hate electronic equip- "she ended up pressing the right button because The Evil Queen started waving. "Oh!" The Evil Queen said, "Evie, it's mommy! Oh" Evie waved back embarrassed and I giggled...Mothers! "Oh! Look how beautiful!" The Queen said, "you know what they say: The poison apple doesn't fall far from the tree" She said looking at Jafar. "Don't you mean the weeds" Maleficent said. "Ooh!" Cruella said, "who's the old bat and the ugly girl." I look down at the ground and felt tears coming to my eyes...ugly girl? I felt Mal push me back with Carlos and he grabbed my hand telling me that I was beautiful. I looked at him and smiled. "This is the Fairy Godmother and Bella, Bella is the daughter of King Beast and Belle" Mal said. "Still doing tricks with eggplants?" Maleficent said dryly. Fairy Godmother looked insulted, she grabbed my hand and pulled me beside her. "I turned a pumpkin into a beautiful carriage!" She exclaimed. "You really couldn't give Cinderella until 1 AM?" Maleficent insulted, "I mean, really the hamsters had to be back on their little wheels?" The villains laughed and Fairy Godmother looked really flustered. "They were mice!" She exclaimed, "they were not- they were mice." She told Mal, Mal nodded understandably. "Yes, yes thank you. Can we talk to our parents, please?" Mal said. Fairy Godmother nodded. "Yes, go right ahead!" I said faking a smile and moving Fairy Godmother out of the way into the other side of the TV. "Bella, you may go back to your dorm" Fairy Godmother said. "Thank you, Fairy Godmother. I'll see you Sunday" I said. She gave me a hug and I left the room with a tear sliding down my cheek. The negative thoughts were back. I thought maybe Cruella was right? Maybe I am ugly...
