Fear

Zoya's eyes flickered open.  She was in an unknown room with dark curtains. Someone's arms were draped around her.  It took her a second to realise where she was. She gasped and pulled out of Xavier's arms. As soon as she stepped out of bed, her body was wracked with pain. "Aaah!"she gave a short scream.

"Going somewhere, are we?" she heard the warm and deep voice she had learnt to hate. She tried to get up and run, but Xavier's muscular hand snaked around her waist and pulled her to his chest. He flipped her so she was trapped under him."You don't run from me kitten. You are mine.  I should punish you for even thinking about running." he smirked as Zoya's heart plummeted. "L..let..go..of..m..me" Zoya stammered. "Never kitten. I am going to keep you close for every moment of my life, I am not forgetting the stunt you pulled in the cell anytime soon. " he leant in and nuzzeled her soft neck leaving a trail of kisses. "I Zoya Collins rejects you Xavier Williams as my mate." the words were no sooner out of Zoya's mouth that she felt a sharp pain on the side of her neck. You can't reject him Zoya, he has marked you as his. Her wolf said. "No! No! No!"Zoya cried slapping Xavier's chest, trying to hurt him. "Kitten.Enough." his voice cut through her thoughts. Zoya sobbed harder and pushed him. "Kitten, I said enough. I am not going to ask you to stop one more time. " his eyes were getting darker. His wolf didn't like being pushed away by his mate. Zoya was hysterical by now.  "I hate you. " she wailed. "Enough! " by his demonic voice, Zoya realised she had gone too far, Xavier's wolf was in control. "You are going to be punished for this kitten.  And I promise you it's not going to be enjoyable for you." Zoya whimpered with fear as Xavier pulled her wrist to his mouth grazed it with his teeth which were fast elongating into canines.

"Please...Xavier..don't...please" Zoya was disgusted at herself begging her parents murderer for mercy, but she couldn't help it knowing what he was about to do."Should have thought about the pain earlier my little mate, I don't like being disobeyed and that's a lesson you are going to learn today." his cruel voice boomed as his canines sank into her delicate wrist as she let out a piercing wail of anguish. Her wailing continued as Xavier sucked on her wrist hungrily for a few minutes. He then released her and licked the wound, sealing it. Zoya couldn't take the pain and collapsed into the darkness once again as Xavier's wolf faded and Xavier came back in control.  He looked sadly at the gaping bite marks in his mate's wrist and hoped he would never have to punish her so hard ever again.
